There are some many techniques are available regarding project management let’s see these two vast methods of project management those are most effective in now days. The First important one is Hybrid Approach. And the one is Agile Approach. The prime reason to create a project control is to supervising and managing the project to completing on timeline as well as within the predetermined costs.

Critical evaluation of two selected methods in hospitality industry: –
The two most important selected methods in hospitality industry are the first one is the Hybrid Approach and the second one is the Agile Approach. Let’s discuss about these two selected methods project managements in broadly- planning, control, and analysis of these two methods and their effects on workflow, scheduling, lifecycle, collaboration, and cooperation among practitioners and some stakeholders on the project (Shafieezadeh et al. 2020). In the contest of project control, it can be said that this is a specific aspect belongs to project management as they estimated schedule and costs for the project.
Project planning
The term Agile is closely related to software development. A platform is designed specially to help the hoteliers known as “THYNK” which helps by storing data on their CRM “(Customer relationship Management System)”. It can be adapted very quickly, helps in enhancement of the employee’s performance. It helps in empowerment of the team. In this Method need accurate and real time information about the hotel (Yu et al. 2018).
CRM is used to track customer’s satisfaction, feedback, and complaint box by using this approach the team leaders can figure out the improvement of the team and easily assist them. In agile approach the project planning is good and suitable for the requirements of the situation when a project is planned by the agile method it can be adequate according to the demands of the project.

In the context of hybrid approach, it can be said that this approach is most effective in recent days now because the traditional approach was good by its fundamentals that works all they can be probably called the base of the hospitality industry, because the basis of this approaches deals with the basic requirement of customers (Han et al. 2020). In agile approach the software technologies step into the hospitality management industry with new innovations, ideas and gadgets brings a new change hospitality industry.
A Project controller is the persons who directly reports the manager of the project however they work alongside People like this type. In various companies few times designated some suitable members from the staff responsible for this. The main tasks of the project manager are analyzed the tasks, projected goals, and recourses of the project.
Project control: – The role of Agile Approach in project control in hospitality industry. When talking about the project control by using agile methodology is very helpful in many ways. By using of this approach controlling of the project becomes more convenient to do (Konior and Szóstak, 2020). The task of controlling of a project plays very important role in hospitality industry due to the foundation of a project helps in improvement of the project components. By this way, the objectives, budget considerations, and schedule requirements can be fulfilled. The main role of project controlling give useful data relating project details like costing, completion date and the quality of the project.
The role of Hybrid approach in project control in hospitality industry is important. When talking about the project control by using the Hybrid methodology is quite different form agile approach and the Traditional approach in nature. By using the hybrid approach indirectly agile approach and traditional approach is used, because of the combined use of those methodologies this approach most suitable approach the controlling a project in hospitality industry (Suprayoga et al. 2020).
The role of project controlling is to help to keep project focused and maintaining the connectivity of the members of the team as well as company. The project controlling plays a vital role in the successfulness of a project development. This can be used in the speeding of a project and optimizing its processes

The process of the project analysis help in the identifying the project as expected within the determined costs. With the help of project analysis the current situation and the future problems that can be occur in the project will be removed.

Among all these methods, significant and important methods are agile approach and Hybrid method. The Agile method is a powerful and strong methodology for developing new technologies. This method helps a lot when customers are offended with delivery and employees get frustrated.
This method is implemented in different ways such as: Responding to plan changes, assisting customers on contract negotiations, and individual interactions on company processes. The Agile method is actually very helpful for software development in the hospitality sector. Technology is the best way for growing up the hospitality industry and in this way; method technology development is very helpful.
All the good and bad of the hospitality industry also depends on this technology, in fact, it has made hospitality technology more advanced in the present era (Shaman et al. 2022). This advanced technology helps a lot to rectify all the mistakes in the company. The agile technology has solved all the problems that the hospitality industry is facing in the digital age. This technology method teaches over work to adapt to the digital changes that are taking place in the hospitality industry in the digital era.
Because of this advancement in technology, hotel executives are helping companies to solve various problems (Zhang et al. 2022). The most beneficial way to implement this method is to get positive feedback from customers of the hospitality industries. Direct communication with customers for better experiences is needed to hospitality industries for technology development. In this way, the agile method greatly supports the hospitality industry in terms of technology.
Hence, the next method that plays the most important role in the hospitality industry is the hybrid method, which is also known as hybrid hospitality. Indeed, hybrid hospitality is a growing trend whereby customers are looking for multiple spaces to stay and work, free of charge, food and drink. This hybrid hospitality is very popular with customers as this type of hospitality system provides private rooms to consumers.
Apparently, a hotel only provides community benefits to customers in spite of that hybrid hospitality offers a variety of benefits to customers. After the pandemic, the popularity of this hybrid hospitality has gone to the market, for the reason that hybrid hospitality has increased the freedom of employees in the hospitality industry (Tan et al. 2022). In view of the fact, employees here are able to work from their convenient location.
This hybrid hospitality system designed to provide a friendly environment to guests. They give a good impression of the hotel to the guests (Okumu et al. 2022). The hospitality industry is turning to hybrid hospitality to strengthen their brand value, which is helping to make the future of hospitality industry brighter and easier. Thus, the hybrid hospitality method is being used in the hospitality industry.

Hospitality industry is now the broadest category industry in the world where lodging, flooding, all types of services is included. Therefore, some methods are maintained to take this hospitality industry to a higher level. Among them Agile Method and Hybrid Hospitality method are well-distinguished methods for growing up in the hospitality industry. In this way, the agile method greatly helps the hospitality industry in terms of technology and hybrid hospitality is capable of providing new types of services to guests. For this reason hybrid, hospitality is very popular with customers and its popularity has increased even after Covid.
