Major issue is that even after the development of science and technology and highly essential care or cure services, still, people living in both rural and urban areas of the UK are yet to gather prevention solutions to lead a healthy life.
Barlow Collins is known for its GP led evidence-based solution that offers multi-disciplinary team approaches yet a lack of health coaches and nutritionists (Barlow Collins.co.uk, 2022). Working professionals of Barlow Collins interact with patients or their clients through face-to-face meetings or virtual meetings through zoom videos.

The company Barlow Collins has been seen to be serving a challenging set of objectives to provide care and treatment among people that are leading to complicated phrases for being able to get the best possible solutions to get rid of type 2 diabetes, obesity and issues caused by hypertension. For the past decades, diabetes has been considered a very common disease and such disease is carried out genetically.
Therefore, it is necessary to reach people who have this disease and genetically their family members carry this out (Fagherazzi and Ravaud, 2019). Fatty liver symptoms are usually found among people that are habituated to alcohol consumption, unhealthy foods and fewer habits of water consumption. Edible oils that are being sold in the grocery shops need to be examined to measure how many healthy and unhealthy components are hidden in edible oils.

By promoting diabetes prevention material and resources, asking people that are involved with the project to take a prediabetes risk test and asking those people to talk about why this desirable is highly common and spreading worldwide. Based on this consultancy project it is necessary to encourage people to do daily exercises, reduce food portion size, frequently drink water, reduce curb intake and follow high fibre diets (Rose and Strombom, 2019).
According to National Health services, primary care providers are well experts to serve care to the patients with type 2 diabetes in order to achieve glycemic control for reduce risk of serious complications, for example, atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (Ncbi.nlm.nih.gov, 2020). Apart from that, the major opinion of the managing head of Barlow Collins is to guide patients with high blood pressure and diabetes to take proper medication based on managing their complicated conditions (Barlow Collins.co.uk, 2022).
Purpose of the consultancy project is to inform patients that type 2 diabetic is a treatable and preventable disease by using whole food as nature. Secondary research might be essential to acknowledge the performance appraisal process of Barlow Collins, and in which position this company is considered in comparison to its business competitors all over the UK (André et al. 2019).
On the other hand, primary research might be useful to develop ideas about this company’s current processes to acknowledge the technology that is being used in its culture in order to serve value-added prevention services among needy people. In case of primary research there will be workforce analysis, find out analysis gaps, forecasts that require and feedback communication process to address how delivered services worked well. Thus, for completing the research a mixed approach compiling both primary and secondary research method will be followed.
