This company strategy has managed its courier services to main scheduled courier, same-day services and timed deliveries. Gabor Logistics offers a cost-effective courier service on same day that maintains great customer value. This start-up business has faced problems running its business in competitive marketplaces which would deal with strategic management and approaches analysis. Top competitor of Gabor Logistics is Elanders which has successfully managed its long-term business in logistics industry in UK. This analysis aims to identify current position and issues of Gabor Logistics within its industry that affect its competitiveness besides its competitor.

Gabor Logistics has limited technological investment on automated and new technologies. Operating cost has been increased due to inflation rate of UK (Ul-Hameed et al. 2019) which are weaknesses for this company.
