This company is trying to use its collaborative nature to expand its business and enhance its market shares such as TUI AG is collaborating with First Choice Holidays PLC in their mainstream with 54 percent shares which helped them to expand their business in 2007. In 2019, they are able to earn €19bn in revenue with the help of their 70000 employees which can help them to manage their business performance and maintain their standards for controlling the tourism business. The vision of this company is to get the top position in the tourism business across the world through their continuously updating process or taking their responsibility seriously.
