Introduction

The current project is focused on a “digital management conference project” in “Digital Delivery Magazine Company” that is based on a conference meeting in the UK about marketing process development.
The purpose of this study is to analyse the proper project management approach for the DDM Company “Digital Management Conference project” to manage this project work accurately. In this business, this organisation focused on raising their profit, marketing process, cost estimation and subscription development process to deliver this conference in the UK with success. This study highlighted DDM project management planning, project risks and many more factors that help to improve deliverable quality effectively.
Project overview
The current project is based on the “Digital Delivery Magazine Company” that is arranging a conference in the UK based on a hybrid medium. As inspired by Koch and Schermuly (2021), during the Covid-19 situation, communication processes based on virtual systems became normal. The core topics of this project include AI, cyber security, data analytics and reporting, online commerce and customer service maintenance.
Therefore, this project has the scope to improve the uniqueness of meeting and communication systems based on hybrid systems including both virtual and face-to-face communication. The budget of this project is £350,000 which is maintained by the project financial manager of the project.

Expected Benefits
