This course is the fruitful one as it intends to prepare each individual for the far future by developing his or her skills and knowledge of theirs. However, I am acquainted with the transferable skills as well as the importance of these skills especially in both my personal and at the same to my professional life also. The whole system is totally focused on the development as well as enhancement of such skills, which would be beneficial for one and helps to better deal with the workplace situation.

The main thing, which I experienced andwill be very valuable, especially to my professional career, is the knowledge of transferable skills that plays a severe role in my career. This course points out very clearly that I lack these skills, which include critical thinking skills, communication skills, resilience, teamwork, and initiative.

Therefore, I need to be developed all these transferable skills as all these skills played a severe role in the workplace and these skills were highlights of my potential of mine regarding becoming an asset to the company or any organisation. As per mentioned by Setyorini et al. (2022), transferable skills are important, especially for employment development and at the same time help to achieve competitive advantages as well as organisational succession.

However, I am very much confident about the fact that my biggest strength, leadership as well as problem-solving quality would facilitate me also to the far future in my working career and at the same time in my personal life of mine. Apart from this, I would also like to say that this course in Greenwich is helping to identify my strength and my weakness, which makes my path easier and helps to focus and take the effective initiative to deal with my weakness.  Additionally, one thing which I understood is the fact that if one holds a wide range of skills, there is no one can able to create any barriers especially to reaching the success path.
