Reflection
Each individual needs to required skills, knowledge and abilities that were very much essential to getting the succession to the job. I would like to share my experiences by going through the “Gibbs Reflective Cycle” model which is an effective one, especially in the matter of skills enhancement and development regarding getting better results. This is such a model, which is considered a significant one regarding making the self-reflection as well as the needs of each individual with a wide range of skills and at the same time knowledge development.
“Gibbs Reflective Cycle” is very helpful in providing detailed data or information that is mainly for the enhancement as well as improvement of the skills which allows and at the same time makes me thrive very effectively and properly in the workplace. Therefore, by going through the six stages of this model all the experiences and to what skills should I need to be more focused on that help both my personal as well as professional life of mine.

Description
This is the first stage of this model and in this description section I would share things that I have acquired so much information and at the same time wide range of knowledge as well as skills from the internship training. The training is very important for me as it helps me in developing different kinds of strategies to which each individual is going well. This internship training is very critical to me as it allows me to gain a competitive edge.
Moreover, this internship provides the experiences as well as the skills that would be beneficial for my career. As per opined by Markkanen et al. (2020), this is a helpful one as it is helpful in understanding different types of challenges. I just join this module for deriving better results to find out my strength as well as weaknesses of mine, which would be facilities for both my personal and professional life.
Apart from this, I would also like to say that during this module of my MBA journey in Greenwich, I acquired “hands-on” experiences which makes me feel better and at the same time The expertise helps me to solve different types of issues which aroused during my course very effectively.
As per mentioned by Ibrahima et al. (2020), Gibbs’ reflective model plays a meditative role and lays its effectiveness to academic achievement as well as the development of visual thinking. Visual thinking is an effective one as it helps me to organize my thoughts, ideas as well as information in a better way. Moreover, in my opinion, it would help to contribute especially to meeting all the goals regarding my future career.
Feelings
The feelings that I experienced were innovative, unique and at the same time amazing which are beneficial, especially in the development as well as the building of different types of personal skills. Before going to attend this course in Greenwich, I feel a bit nervous, especially about the thought of outcomes. However, after attending this, I was astonished and at the same time have received clarity about the results or the outcomes of this course, which it is, intends.
I also saw that the other people on this course were also very nervous and at the same time very confused and try hard to better deal with this situation. As per the suggestion by Hwang and Chang, (2022), this reflective cycle is making a virtual reality approach regarding promoting learning achievements, higher-order thinking and a sense of presence, especially in the professional development of one.
Therefore, I think I took the right decision in attending this course to develop as well as find my strength as well as a weakness for deriving better results in the workplace. I think There needs to be more focus abut some skills from this course that help to employment including better communication skills, teamwork, self-management, initiative and so on.
Evaluation
It can be well mentioned here that I experience both positive as well as negative experiences at the hand of this course. The positive side of this course, which I experienced, is that helps me to identify various kinds of personal objectives as well as enabled me to understand the skills, which were my strength and my weakness and at the same time made me very confident.
It helps me to make effective decisions, which would be beneficial to the workplace in the far future to both my professional as well as personal life. As per views by Mello and Wattret, (2021), the usage of this cycle model helps in the development of transferable skills. This internship also introduce the transferable skills that were very much important and universally essential as they contribute to my succession and these are considered fundamental skills which are going beyond the particular role or any kind of business.
This also helps me to work in a wide range of work environments and all these skills such as communication skills, critical thinking skills, teamwork, resilience and initiative, which I need and adds many benefits to this. However, I am also going through a bad situation and experiencing very negative especially due to the whole management system and the training environment.
I think the management should be more focused on the environment and makes it more flexible and positive so that it will be beneficial for all of us. Therefore, we all went together to the management and implore them more especially in the working environments very sincerely and take some effective initiatives to derive better outcomes.
Analysis
The entire session is also influential, at the same time helps to build a good sense as this facilitates and adds value to my entire life perspectives. According to Ahmed, (2020), this model has an effective impact, which helps to a better analysis as well as to better understanding. I intend to take all the advantages from this course and make them useful to my future career or in the workplace, which helps to reach the summit of succession.
This course is the fruitful one as it intends to prepare each individual for the far future by developing his or her skills and knowledge of theirs. However, I am acquainted with the transferable skills as well as the importance of these skills especially in both my personal and at the same to my professional life also. The whole system is totally focused on the development as well as enhancement of such skills, which would be beneficial for one and helps to better deal with the workplace situation.
As per opined by Thompson, (2021), there needs a reflective practice regarding professional development. Though I have, leadership qualities along with problem-solving skills, which made me contribute to handling the team there, arise some fuses during this course.
I feel very happy when people come to me for solving their problems and this makes me confident that would contribute and help to achieve my future goals of mine. This leadership and problem-solving quality made the people engage with me more frequently and they feel very connected with me. I would also like to say that in this matter, my previous experiences of mine facilitate me in so many ways during this course.
Conclusion
I have learned so many things and am sure about the fact that I adhere to plenty of information and knowledge that I hope have added some value, especially while dealing with the issues or challenges of the real world. The main thing, which I experienced andwill be very valuable, especially to my professional career, is the knowledge of transferable skills that plays a severe role in my career. This course points out very clearly that I lack these skills, which include critical thinking skills, communication skills, resilience, teamwork, and initiative.
Therefore, I need to be developed all these transferable skills as all these skills played a severe role in the workplace and these skills were highlights of my potential of mine regarding becoming an asset to the company or any organisation. As per mentioned by Setyorini et al. (2022), transferable skills are important, especially for employment development and at the same time help to achieve competitive advantages as well as organisational succession.
However, I am very much confident about the fact that my biggest strength, leadership as well as problem-solving quality would facilitate me also to the far future in my working career and at the same time in my personal life of mine. Apart from this, I would also like to say that this course in Greenwich is helping to identify my strength and my weakness, which makes my path easier and helps to focus and take the effective initiative to deal with my weakness. Additionally, one thing which I understood is the fact that if one holds a wide range of skills, there is no one can able to create any barriers especially to reaching the success path.

Here, the key focus has been laid upon the elements of internalisation so that advanced placements can be developed. However, the overview of the research has ensured that there will be a selected framework for the process of internationalisation. Moreover, it is considered highly beneficial so that the core factors of the study can be easily examined. Therefore, the literature on the current structure and framework has helped in creating a better understanding of the research as well.
Along with that, the focus has also been laid on the weakness and the strength so that an advanced framework can be designed in relation to the process of placement in the given firm. Her future perspective of the person has been also established. The focus has been also laid on the reflective model that has been used in the above section. This I considered the most effective framework that has helped in building better guidance for future placement.
Here, the emphasis has been also laid on the key recommendations (Neale and Corkindale, 2022). Linking the skills at the workplace is very essential so that the person can easily trivet at the workplace. The process of internationalisation is considered the most effective process that has ensured to expansion of the current state of the business from a national market to an international platform.
Born Global Approach
However, in this given case“the network approach of internationalisation” which is also known as “Born Global Approach” has been used that has helped the students to build better decision making. Hence, it can also that this internship has also helped the students to attain freedom so that they can identify their career path as well. The born global approach has been used which has helped in globalising the business operations as well.
Hence, through this the organisation can easily precede towards building long-term growth. Along withthat, the born global approach has helped in outlining the major differences through which internationalisation process and global approaches can be identified. The model has focused on internal and external environment. The external environment has focused over the target market and trending sectors. On the other hand, the internal factors have focused over global knowledge, financial resource and global management of internationalisation.

The internship session that has taken place has also tried to create mass awareness about the core skills among the candidate. Every organisation at all levels is looking for recruiting such employees who are highly skilled and can easily help attain the targeted goals for the company. These factors have helped in building the right decision so that then the core skills can be easily identified.
However, it can also be demonstrated that these factors have helped in building the right decision among the students as well. This is considered highly valuable and has helped in building high professionalism among them. Through these interventions and advancements, the process of searching for jobs and being placed has become very low.
Talking about personal growth it can also be stated that internship has helped in boosting the overall experience of the student as well. Moreover, it can also be added that professional experience and personal experience body are equally important. However, through this quality interventions for success can also be designed (Lapan and Smith, 2023). Exploring a specific job is also very essential so that the student can easily meet their career goals. These factors are considered highly beneficial in upgrading the overall career path as well.
The key recommendations are laid upon the core experiences that have been developed so that personal growth can be attained as well. Along with that emphasis has been also laid upon the MBA journey internship so that it can effectively contribute towards attaining quality goals in future.

Here, in the given research study the focus has been laid on the process of internationalisation. The students or the candidates are also able to gain valuable princes that they can easily add more value to the business of the work they are associated with. It can be concluded from the above discussion that “Gibbs’ reflective cycle” model is very helpful especially to identify the strength as well as weaknesses of one’s. Therefore, I would like to say that attending this internship boost my confidence level and at the same time encourages me to be a very innovative one. I personally feel that this will help me to confident and courageous enough to better deal with my weakness, which needs to be improved for getting better results, especially in my future career.
Apart from this, I also adhere to the knowledge about various skills and at the same time know my strength, which I was unaware of before joining this course. I have good leadership qualities, which I think is one of the most important skills for the business to derive succession. On the other hand, problem-solving skills are also another effective skill that I think facilitates me very much while I would going in my professional career. I think these skills helped me to take some effective decisions in the tough situation of the firm.
The development of the transferable skills would able to foster the attitudes as well as mindsets, which will enable me to acquire and at the same time master some new skills throughout this internship. Moreover, as these skills were needs to evolve continuously as well as change henceforth the very importance of transferable skills does not underestimate. Therefore, it can be well mentioned that this MBA journey has had a great contribution, especially towards my career goals in the far future.
Moreover, regarding employability, all the feasible skills, which were mentioned, previously were more important, especially to thrive in the workplace also to get better outcomes. On the other hand, the internationalization strategies also help me understand and for the effective placement of the firms.
The discussion on the international business theory, which includes the internationalized framework like “The Uppsala internationalization model”, “The transaction cost analysis (TCA) model”, and “Born Globals” helps sequentially develop to the very internationalisation level. These theoretical frameworks have greater strength and have a strong relationship regarding my placement into a firm out of the domestic market. All the ideas and concept, which I learned from this internship, is very worthy for me as this would be beneficial and facilitates meeting my future career goals.
Hence, it can be concluded that these interventions can effectively help in generating better results for the internship. However, through these elements of interlunation advanced derivatives can be designed as well. In simple terms, it can also be added that these factors are considered highly active so that advanced placement opportunities can be developed as well.
