1. Introduction
I am pursuing my post-graduation degree and based on that create this coursework self-assessment. In order to find my weak areas and strong areas during the source work, it is going to help to find out the best career reinforcement.
2. Review of persona competencies
The three competency level increased processes are personal competency, interpersonal competencies, and business competencies. As per these levels of the competencies, I would like to mention that I have determination regarding my course work and maintain the balance between my creative thinking and related study topic.These competencies are being mentioned based on my competence in myself. In interpersonal competitions, I feel that I have good communication skills which help to create great communication with my career guide in coursework. Additionally, the career guide gave me the team management’s responsibility which can describe that my interpersonal skill is being in a good position. As per Business competencies, I learned the process to create negotiation skills and use of networking.
3. Reason of evidence-based chosen area
As per those levels of the competencies, I feel that I have created which has helped to design my life science coursework projects. Due to that, I have the skills in time that the guide ordered me to guide the entire team in the completion of the life science project work. I did this efficiently, but I face issues in times of finding my coursework resources and helping others to find resources (Gaudelli et al. 2020). These resources are being critical to find as we have less experience. I used my negotiation skill to divide the entire team’s work among the teammates and resolve their issues regarding the completion of the project. As I feel that I have good communication skills because my course guide offered me to manage the team.
4. Planning for increasing competencies
I planned to join a research and development team after the post-graduation completion. It will be biennial for me as it will help in enhancing my personal competency and eventually other two competency can be achieved. In the meantime decided to work on my competencies more which are going to increase my self-competencies and resolve my issues regarding those competencies. In this aspect, it is being referred to that in between the entire course work I understand that I have the skills to create comprehensive and managing communication with others (Silva-López and Gonçalves, 2019). This skill is going to help to create a great deal with the research and development team. On the other hand, I feel that I have to improve my skill of finding proper resources for further research in the lab. Based on that criteria, the skill of having the best resource findings is being offered to me to find my goal-based job relating to research and development in any company that is using biotechnology.
5. Conclusion
The entire self-assessment is being highlighted as the background of increasing the skills of self-competences. These self-competencies are being helped to impress further skills of developing research and development skill usability.
Case study 2: Biotechnology solutions
1. Introduction
In the current situation of modern technology, in bioscience, it is being developed for complex diseases and using modern biotechnology in resolving the pollution level from the environment. This study is being gone to focuses on the various biotechnology product which has been helped to improve the sustainable goal.
2. Review of the science development problem
Biotechnology is being helped to feed and create protection towards farming foods. On the other hand, in modern times biotechnology is being used to resolve the issue regarding complex diseases and reduce the level of pollution. Biotechnology is being helped to meet the 2 objectives of the UN sustainable goals such as Immunization and climate action. As per the view of Wu et al. (2020), the UN targeted these goals to fulfilment by reducing the pollution level and increasing the healthy climate, and providing the development technology which helps the people to live a healthy life. In recent times it is being found that biotechnology is being targeted to Visualization of Augmented surgery, HPV vaccine, Stem cell research. On the other hand, scientists are completing the research of cancer therapy with the help of biotechnology. In the time of face transplants, the researchers are using developed technology to provide the perfect finishing. Most importantly, through this biotechnology, the testing, and tackling of the Covid-19 diseases can be possibly handled by the biotechnology researcher.
