(2019), the development of innovation skills flexes the thinking preferences with enhancing creative problem-solving capabilities. This provides different ways for developing talents for several SMEs with enhancing economic growth and improving human resources.

Creative and innovation skills are developed with regular communication and effective decision-making processes.
