CHILD LABOUR
Introduction
Child labour can be referred to as the crime as children are forced to perform a lot of responsibilities from a very early age. Globally, 218 million children between 5 years and 17 years are worked as child labour. In this study, global perspectives on child labour issues have been discussed by analysing ethics and culture in a better manner.
Along with this, impact of the mentioned issue to people, society and culture have also been elaborated in this study. Thesis statement of this study is to deliver a clear view of restriction and limitation policies related to child labour that may allow indulging appropriate consideration of the eradicated facts on it.
Poor economic condition and lack of education are two main reasons for child labour viability throughout the globe and both the developing and underdeveloped countries are caught by this issue. As per the report of the United Nations 1/4th of the people are living below poverty line throughout the world.
Therefore, more or less 76 million people all over the globe never get an opportunity to go to school. As pointed out by Sarkar (2020), this becomes socially uncontrollable as no proper decision has been made for their future perspectives.
Along with this, society has been suffered greatly through this pain as gender discrimination of developing and underdeveloped countries have put a lot of issues. On the other hand, sexual abuse is a sustainable outcome of child labour in which people are suffered greatly.
Apart from this, Negi & Dwivedi (2020), mentioned that number of violence has been increased day by day that in turn affect law of countries in a negative way.
Sexually transmitted disease, alcohol addiction, rape are common things for countries with a large number of child labour. As monetary need is high, drug abuse and serial killing of people have been accomplished by teenagers.
Henceforth, economic condition of a country has been slow down broadly and this kind of burden has affected government system inadequately. On the other hand, Kassim (2017), has enlightened that human ethics codes and cultures have not been followed and malnutrition is a regular entity.
Therefore, countries like India have developed several sensitized program and projects with proper action group to deliver rescue aspect for child labour.
Child labour is a chronic issue for modern society that has to be resolved as soon as possible with a proper concern of all citizens. Thesis statement that has been proved clearly from this study as culture and ethics of society have been hampered greatly by child labour issue.
In addition, this study has also informed that improper education and lack of money are two vital things to enhance child labour throughout the globe. Along with this, activities and beliefs of child labour issue has to be solved in a political level by delivering sufficient economic capital for needy children.
Apart from this, improper mental and physical condition of children cease natural growth of them with high prosperity and humanity coverings. Moreover, this study delivers a transparent view to assure all the negative impact of child labour causes and challenges towards society, people and country in an international sector.
