Log Book 1
I need to mention that the 1st day of interning in Sydney construction & home improvements limited was exciting for me while I completed my paperwork during this period. In addition to that, I have also introduced many team members which may be considered as one of the most important key activities. The line manager of the company also briefed me about the internal policy and regulations of the company. Moreover, the management team also informed me about the Covid-19 rules which need to be maintained during the internship which is closely associated with health and safety.

This week is extremely interesting for me as in this week I have learned the way to build a network and also know about the mission and vision of the company. Moreover, I may state that the management of the applying team also helps to learn about special drawing which is required in this sector. Additionally, the organisation team also played a crucial role in briefing me about the importance of work involved in the construction sector.

During the week between March and April I acquire knowledge about timesheets and the way to magnet timesheets which is extremely essential to improve my knowledge in construction sectors… Moreover, the construction manager also helps me to know about the construction equipment and material. During week 5 I learned a great knowledge about 4P drawing and the importance of using PPE kits during construction.

I have received my 1st aider course training during May which will help me to analyse the entire construction situation

During this time I have received a great knowledge about minimising risk, the importance of safety gears on construction sites, and the way to manage the quality of construction.
Log Book 6
My work during the months of June to July was to update the schedule, supervise and even instruct people and even to supervise the progress well. Moreover, in the next three weeks, I had to provide technical assistance to the people with the help of updated drawings and updated work schedule by monitoring the performance of the people.

My work in the month of August in the first two weeks was to make sure that the hazards are checked and even endured, that the contractors meet the hazards safety protocols and then examine the project well. Furthermore, in the last two weeks, all the fabric movements were some keeping the hazards in mind and then updating the time sheet of the labourers and briefing with the operatives.

My work in the months of August to September, in the first two weeks, was to make sure that well ventilation, site induction, risk assessment and maintenance of site safety and to monitor performance daily. Moreover, in the next two weeks improvement in the safe passages, expansion of joints and fabric movement and again monitoring performance of the labourers.

In the month of October, in the first two weeks, ensure safety of the subcontractors by adapting schedules for the crews and monitoring project performance and making project operations based on planning. Furthermore, in the next two weeks, block works started on site and then lorry delivery was made to build a good storage facility.

In the month of November, in all the five weeks my work was to make sure that the crew are safe with the help of project performance and maintaining the behaviour of the crews.

In December, in all the four weeks, my work was to look after the briefing, updating sheets, and the annual leave and to make sure that the audits are prepared well.
Feelings
Log Book 1
I feel that the construction company is extremely focused on marinating the health and safety guidelines which was extremely essential to minimise the health risks during Covid-19. However, I think that at the beginning of his internship I was extremely nervous and tense. I also think that the Internship will help me to improve my team management skills which is extremely essential for the success of a construction project.
Log Book 2
During the beginning of this reason, I had some confusion and for that reason, I asked the team management to evaluate me as the best way to work in a team. Engineering drawing is immensely essential to be a good construction engineer even though the study help me to improve my engineering drawing skill. During this session, I have also developed my planning skills with the help of self-motivation theory which will help me to work effectively with supervisors in the construction sector.

I feel that time management skills are tremendously important to ensure my growth in construction sectors as during the time I build my knowledge about timesheets. Time management skills also generate a positive impact in achieving the professional and personal goals which help in minimizing the work pressure (Rimmer, A., 2019).

These weeks are extremely essential and it creates a positive impact on my employability as I have improved my communication skills during this time. Reducing the risk factor is also important as the module helps me to evaluate the best way to reduce constructional risk.

These weeks are extremely useful for me as I have improved my supervising skills which are required to complete a construction project in time while maintaining supreme quality.

In the months of June to July, in all the five weeks, I organised the work by monitoring the daily performance by learning about the technology to manage the schedules by managing the time sheets of the employees.

In the month of August, in all the four weeks I felt involved in making the production and even developing my communication skills with the operatives making the specification of the project with the help of monitoring young and inexperienced workers.

In the months of August to September, in all the four weeks, I felt making the hazards visible with the help of supervision of sites and learning about the drawings and I too feel that I have to develop my communication skills and the operations have to be planned effectively.

In the month of October, in all the four weeks, I felt like investigating and supervising the work progress and talking with the crew about the hazard problems and planning operations well. Moreover, in order to make things work I have to be organised and make suggestions regarding any kind of problems to offer help (Moon, 2013).

In the month of November, in all the five weeks, I planned everything beforehand and understood about the safe work by managing daily performance then developing my skills of communication checking about the completion of the project.

In December in all the four weeks I made sure that well equipment is there which may help in lifting materials and ensure that the construction is done quite right and help in giving out solutions to technical problems.
Evaluation
Log Book 1
I need to evaluate at the CSCS training which I have learned is also essential to ensure my professional growth as the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist training improves my construction knowledge in an effective way. I previously mentioned that I have improved my team management skills by using managerial theory which will be useful for me in making the traffic in construction sites.
Log Book 2
My problem-solving skills were extremely poor which may affect my professional growth even though these modules helped me to improve my problem solving skills. One of the biggest benefits of problem skill is it helped me to identify the defect in the construction site which may evolve the project quality.
Log Book 3
I have acquired a piece of great knowledge about work safety which needs to be maintained in every construction project and it is related to effective planning skills. This module also played a vital role in improving my financial knowledge which is helpful to analyse the entire payment method.
Log Book 4
I have developed my magnet skills as I need to mention that without effective management skills it is extremely difficult to manage and maintain the audit process. On a special note, management skills is one of the most effective soft skills which generates a beneficial impact in achieving the success in a construction project (Zuo et al., 2018).

4p may be considered as one of the best construction design software as the module helps me a lot in improving my drawing skills through the 4P drawing tool. Additionally, I have also improved my cost breakdown knowledge by gaining more knowledge in accounting and also try to develop my working activities with cost leadership theory.

I evaluated the waste management of the company in the months of June to July in five weeks with the help of effective supervision. Additionally, experience-based learning may help in building confidence, competence and formative learning (Wilson et al., 2019).

I evaluated the welfare of the site in the month of August in four weeks with the help of inspection and checking the repairs and even with the help of the 4PS all documents may be accepted by the Construction Manager.

I may evaluate the daily briefings in the months of August to September in four weeks which may help me to improve myself with the help of inspection. Furthermore, with the help of mindfulness approaches and theories which helps in reducing stress and make more aware about the reflective capacities (Crowder et al., 2020).

I have evaluated in the month of October in four weeks about the increase in the skilled workers and the organisation of the manual work and inspection of work areas ensuring good storage of materials by checking the project completion.

I have evaluated the site administration of the manual work in the month of November in five weeks by handling the situation smoothly and by making sure to make good water supply.

I evaluated the COSHH materials so that it may help in keeping the compound safe for construction and help in preparing the work plan with a coordinated work plan.
Analysis
Log Book 1
During this session I met with the entire project management team and other subordinates who were interns in this company. I have also engaged with my team members and that helps me to improve my communication skill. There is a positive impact of communication skill in understanding the behaviour of construction labour and ensuring the working safety of labourers in a construction project (Zainol et al., 2020).

I have also learned about the importance of teamwork in the construction work and I think that without proper teamwork a construction project may not achieve success. Moreover, there is a huge importance of proper planning in maintaining the quality of a construction project.

I have analysed that I have to improve my engineering drawing knowledge by the use of a 4P drawing tool and I also need to know the way to complete a construction project without facing major problems.

I feel that I have to improve my auditing knowledge or else may create a negative impact on my employability. In addition to that, I have to improve my planning skills which will help me to develop improved construction projects in a professional manner.

I need to underhand the main procedure of waste management planning at this stage which will help me in designing a hazard free construction site. Additionally, I needed to develop my examining skills to check the quality of the construction project which will ensure my professional growth.

I have to make sure that my network with the people and other clients are quite good which may help me in supervising and making the work quite easier. Furthermore, customer management and well-built business management technology may help the companies to grow sustainably with the help of effective management theory (Guerola et al., 2021).

I have made sure that no kind of health hazards are seen among the crews and also it has to be made sure that regular checks on the workers’ health risks are taken. Moreover, good management and communication skills are highly required to enhance the growth of the company (Anshari et al., 2019).

I made sure that in order to regulate workers’ risk assessment I have to manage risk management quite well by managing and risking the work. Additionally, competition has been quite effective in making the process of innovation in a company well and good (Al-Khaled and Fenn, 2020).

I made sure that on meeting with the contractors I need to debrief the contractor and even help in making the work quite smooth and effective.

I also have to make sure that managing the manpower may help the company and also monitoring the manpower is quite essential in making progress in the work.

I had to make sure that the management of the team worked out well by making good construction processes and keeping in mind the effective technical problems faced in the due process.
Conclusion
I need to conclude that this module is extremely beneficial for me as I learn multiple construction skills which will generate a positive impact in ensuring my professional growth. I also understood that if I do not develop these skills then I will not be able to grow my personal career in construction sectors while this internship helped me a lot to improve these skills. Moreover, I have been able to make sure that I learn all the required skills well and may be able to apply the skills in the future and also the skills might help me to learn and even grow well. I also think that my skills put a good impact on my future and even help me to work with my future outcomes and even help me flourish well in my career. Therefore, I make sure that my management skills help me well so that I may be able to get good exposure in my future which may help me to have a good future. Thus, the work which I was assigned was quite helpful for me which made me grow well in my skills and even helped me to work accordingly.

I need to mention that this action plan will be extremely useful to improve my skills as I found that my communication skills are not effective. Additionally, if I am able to develop my body language then it creates a positive impact on improving my effective communication skills. In other responses, it is extremely essential for me to improve my financial skills or else I may not be able to understand the auditing process which harms my professional growth. Moreover, I also think that without developing my management skills I am not able to control the team work in a construction project which may affect my professional career. I have to make sure that I have to improve my technical skills which may help me in my future and even during my internship to improve my work and even do my work quite smoothly. Therefore, I have to make sure that I am able to improve each of my skills well enough so that it helps me to make my work easier and even effective. Thus, in order to make my work effective and smooth and even help in improving my management skills I have to make sure that I am guided well and even able to work well.
Conclusion
It may be concluded that with the help of various kinds of technological and effective means of management I have tried to manage the work of the employees and even of the company quite effectively. Moreover, as I have to make sure to improve my communication skills and even make effective efforts about the improvement in the management skills which may help the company to flourish well and even help me in getting my desired outcomes. Therefore, with the help of management and effective welfare schemes I have been able to do my work quite properly and well.
