The research method which is used for collecting the information related to the use of social media as communication is quantitative method. This method will help in collecting the primary data through survey in which company’s workers are observed i.e., how they communicate the information to each other and what issues they faces. According to Fuchs (2017), this quantitative research study is very effective for researcher as it support in understanding and analyzing the importance of social media for corporate communication.

The social media strategy is sustainable for Tesco workplace as this improves the communication network and interaction process among the employees which ultimately results into the achievement of organizational objective successfully. There are many business firm globally who are using the social media tool efficiently in order to develop their own value worldwide. At last, it can be summarized that use of social media to the workplace to communicate will be right decision as it don’t have any negative side effect on the development of social relationships.
