Thereby taking responsibility for following the B2C business model to mitigate the various issues in the workplace and solve the partnership deals that pose a great threat to the company. Moreover, the boxing world holds various other challenges in the global market.
Boxing holds many other challenges where the company struggles to find the perfect player for the company to attract effective sponsors toward the company. Boxing is a game that involves a physical fight between two players using safety wearable to avoid injuries. Moreover, it also requires determination, discipline, love and respect for the boxing community. Such determined players are very hard to find (Alvarez et al. 2021). Therefore, the main issue of the company is finding players in the current generation, in spite of having all the latest facilities in the company. The journey of Boxing is very interesting and provides proud moments to the player, although it holds tough situations for the following player before reaching the victory line.
Gathering such players from across the world is one of the major issues of the company. Based on the study, Bern himself being a boxer knows the struggle and adrenaline required to perform in this field. Therefore, finding such players in the current times with such determination in the modern era is quite difficult to find (Bigliardi & Filippelli, 2021). Being a small company, it struggles to find the best players who hold the determination to provide the best results for the company and play nationally for the nation. It provides a huge push to the reputation of the brand in the international market and attracts valuable investors on the market to make effective investments in the company.
All the reputed boxing companies were reputed boxing players working in joint partnership with those reputed companies and got the advantage of getting a brand reputation with the help of those reputed and famous boxers. According to the views of the author Cheng, (2019), it is a huge challenge for the company to gather that much revenue to make partnerships with famous boxers on the international market. It creates a huge disadvantage for Boxraw to stand out in the market and maintain its effectiveness for a longer period. As a result, the overall growth rate of the company is moderate if compared with the other reputed companies in the market and faces issues in getting the best players for the company to represent in the events to earn the attraction of important stakeholders in the market.

Inbound logistics involve the warehousing, receiving, and supply chain of a business’s raw products. This also protects every connection with contributors. The changing procedure has been continuing for a pair of decagons now and location highly requires, additionally the innovational progress. For a database-driven business, this could involve replacement and repair or a warranty. The biggest struggle in the market is that the challenges of boxers are also more because the amount of money needed to buy recruits is not always possible in a planned way, so To arrange things the company as a trust always cooperates to help the boxers to make a new champion. No matter what kind of circumstances may stand in front of them stop hindrance work very minutely technically and reaching the leader in every department.

It takes the initiative to understand all the issues faced by the employees in the workplace and gather all the ideas provided by the employees in the workplace (Daymond et al. 2023). It helps the leader to make valuable changes in the existing business model and provide efficient training and practice to all the employees based on the challenges faced by them in the workplace. It has helped the employees to cope with the issues and handle complex situations more flexibly. Therefore, the following leadership strategy helps the ladder to bring improvement in the overall performance of the employees and get the best quality results for the benefit of the company.
Moreover, the leader of the company implements AI and other latest technological tools in the workplace with the proper guidance on its usage in the desired areas. It includes the utilization of virtual reality where the employees get the opportunity to face real-life circumstances and provide training on how to handle such complex situations in the real world. It helps the employees to better communicate with the other team members in the workplace and execute the following project or design of the company without any casualties (Engelet al. 2022). Based on analysis the study also depicts that the company has become successful in enhancing the overall business to a positive rate. The ultimate satisfaction provided to all the valuable customers in the market helps the company to expand the business with a positive success rate. It helps the company to make effective decisions and make the best possible stop so that the company gets higher possibilities of expanding the company in the future. Based on the proposition of entrepreneurship business venture it takes the initiative to introduce a risk management team that takes the initiative to look after such risks and alert the company from making wrong decisions.
The current generation world is largely dependent on the virtual world, where several online transactions take place. Therefore, the reputed company, to save the website from cybercrime, limits the customers who pose high risks (Engelet al. 2022). There are customers whose payment gateways are not authentic and the company’s policy does not allow the payment through the gateway to protect the online transactions from getting leaked. Limiting such customers helps the company protect its valuable data and information from being hacked and helps the company carry out the business with full authenticity without any issues. Implementation of the following strategies helps the company to carry out the business by facing less risk and protecting the valuable data and information of the company from leakage.

Therefore, the company has to take the responsibility to make valuable investments in introducing its own website and make a huge investment in social media platforms. It helps the owner of Boxraw to introduce the best quality products to all the consumers across the world who is interested in the goods introduced by the company (Herron, 2020). Moreover, it helps the company to provide attractive offers and discounts on the website which helps the company to satisfy a huge population of consumers in the international market.

Not to get bullied or harassed will bees sting to learn boxing because it is more than fighting. First, there will be necessary steps to build a boxing dress company(Kravitz et al. 2023). This company needs to be formed with the assistance of a legal entity. Apart from that, it is essential to register a boxing club for the sake of taxes. Required licenses and permits are essential in the boxing club accordingly. Insurance of the boxing club is essentially needed for the new business plan that is going to be conducted in an effective manner. Boxing refers to the high-intensity workout that might establish strength, coordination, and fitness. This may be a huge calorie-burner because this refers to cardio exercise. There by, it can be seen that with better quality product, the planned organisation will get help and will be competitive as well in comparison with other company of clothing.

There might be so much risk that is possible to be dealt with in this business plan. Business planners might confront lots of risks competitive risks, financial risks, bankruptcy, economic risks, and political risks (Noda & Bower, 2022). Failure to parts per plane may refer to that the business planner may risk investors and bankruptcy may get nothing. New technologies on the other hand might be engaging constantly in the revolutionary era. Among these disruptive and paradigm shifts can be another major risk that business plans may confront.
