Based on a personal opinion, as I am actively connected with this reputed organization, I can determine that there is a lack of leadership to proceed with each work by the employee. With the growing age of technology, Tesco also adopted the new modern technological diversification on the core business operation. As opposed by Coe et al. (2017), it can help to develop the effectiveness of the self-checkout through developing severe options regarding operational efficiency. I personally prefer to transform the entire business operation wrapped by the concept of transformation leadership. According to my state, the way of organizational success is usually based on the major strength of each employee’s performance. I think that is the reason to provide an effective range of training by Tesco to all the new and growthful employees at the beginning stage of joining this organization.
I can figure out several aspects of negative and positive factors that have been adopted recently by Tesco to develop the current working progression in a better way. According to my personal opinion, it can evaluate that Tesco has undertaken several kinds of steps towards the sudden changes process of the business operation. Tesco has innovated new and modern technology such as artificial intelligence in the manufacturing business management area. It can help to increase the rate of delivery of all the goods and services at the door of the consumer.
All the taken changing operations by Tesco complies with both ethical as well as legal requirements in respect to delivering the food products accordingly. It can help to actively engage with the rapidly changing working process by employees through the help of better coordination.
