Introduction
Our business starts up was all about manufacturing healthy digestive cookies which is free from sugar, dairy, gluten-free and meat-free. Actually, we were supposed to go with trends of the market which made us think about the product, that is cookies. It was necessary for usto pick up a product that the customer will be satisfied to consume. So, my colleagues and I came up with the healthy digestive biscuits, which fulfilled the criteria for being free from meat, sugar, and gluten and dairy. Now, raising the business with lots of research and planning became a bit complicated as the tastes and preferences of the customers keep on changing rapidly. Still, we came up with a nice and good product that can survive in the market.
Discussion
Primary reflection
In this business, we were around ten of us, doing different tasks and roles to the business. I took up the role of research and analytics, where I am supposed to research the trends that are going on in the market and what the customers prefer the most and up to what extent. I think this role of mine was a bit complex, but that what I could do it with my utmost abilities. The work of researching seems very interesting where I can enter to the practical world and know the prospective customers in an efficient manner (Anderson et al., 2019). Even, I had always made sure that the reports that I present to the team must be accurate because my reports will lead to the ultimate success of the business. The other activities of the business were depended on the accuracy of my reports. Analytics is what my expert areas were during my masters, and that is the main reason that I took this task of the business. I was supposed to make sure that other colleagues of mine are aware of the practicality of the market so that they can frame their activities accordingly. I have to cooperate with my colleagues as these small basic things would make the business grow substantially.

Secondary reflection
Now, as I said, research and analytics were the areas upon which I am working is a very important role for the business. Before starting the business, we had our plans ready on which sector we will have our business. Foods and beverage sector was our common decision, and we stepped into it. According to the modern marketing system, customers need to be satisfied the most. So, the first role was mine, where I did find out the preferences of the customers and analysed up to what extent they consume that product (Henrekson and Sanandaji, 2020). My duty to the business was to explain the trends in the market and how these trends can be used to form some commonly used products. I tried my level best to do my part so that the efficiency of the product planning goes to the best. As this was the group work, a bit of misunderstanding and conflicts are likely to happen. It was normal between us that we do not comply with the thoughts of others. But still, I managed my best to accept what others are up to and also to make my fellow members understand my point of view. Actually, I had a conflict with one of my colleagues who had the task of product planning. He was unable to understand the analytics, and I wanted to help him out so that there is better product planning. But unfortunately, he thought that I was interfering in his role. So, there were such misunderstandings between us. I think we could be much better than what we are doing. Our misunderstandings can just waste time, and the process can too become inefficient.
Future intentions
It will be intentions that I must tackle these small misunderstandings and conflicts very calmly and wisely. Our own conflicts can easily ruin the things out, and the business will be the ultimate sufferer. From the very beginning, I wanted this small business to grow and develop from all the efforts we are putting into it. Our motto has been to serve our customers in the best possible way (Morozova et al., 2019). So, I always tried my level best to gather information from the right sources. My further intentions are to survey the market personally so that I can put more accuracy to my reports. Also, I intend to use modern technology for analytics to avoid any wrong predictions. I think I can work efficiently for our business, and I can always strive to work for it in the best possible way I can. I have also found my role in the business is very crucial as this is the basic stage upon which the other activities of the business are based. I will rate myself as a good task player of the business, and I am on my way to make my role more efficient and effective in the business. Knowing my potential to work, I can work better than I am doing it now. Even I would suggest my colleagues work more efficiently than they can after all this business means a lot to all of us. I think our product planning was well and good, and the decision of the healthy digestive biscuits was appropriate. Our product has all the criteria that were trending in the market and also we have tried to make our biscuits more natural with the least use of chemical preservatives. We have also found ways to substitute the main ingredient of the cookies that is milk, a dairy product. We have tried our level best to frame and produce the product that best suits our prospective customers. Also, we try to promote our product in the most attractive way we can. I think our team is doing very well at making the business a successful one. Also, we are trying its bestto makes the sales services as good as possible.

Conclusion
All over, the small business of ours is on the way to be the successful one keeping in mind the trends of the market. I think each one of us, love to do what we are doing and our activities are quite interesting for us. All of us are striving our level best to learn and experience from our activities and tasks of our business. Also, we have got the golden opportunity in being the expertise in our ground. After our masters, being into the practical world of business what bound to happen, but this also gives us a way to learn from our mistakes and get our best experience.
