Task 3: Individual Reflection
My best strengths are considered to be one of the basic abilities to become patient and easily communicate with the effective use of “interpersonal skills”. There are some great skills which are dealt with by me with great patience due to the availability of work. The calmness of my behaviour helps me take some important decisions in the teamwork, which is to be tough enough. There are few organisational skills through which interpersonal skills are gained. There will be a good ground on the process of continued mutual respect created among the team members (Reljić et al. 2019).
Primary Reflection
I am also improving in the time factor, which bothers me a lot. The new challenges that are taken on new projects are based on the goals of the company. There are some vicious cycles of perfectionism which can be used at every turn. There are some selective instances which can be used for changing my way of performing the work. There are a few unhealthy stances that are related to everyday approaches made in life. There are a few instances which improve me in the daily challenge to cover the specific work provided in the teamwork. I have also found perfectionism which is considered to be a controlling factor. The process of delegation k will also allow other team members to finish their work in a “healthier approach” for performing the group work (Sekarwinahyu et al. 2018). The creativity will rise if I give myself a little more room. The specific roles must be assigned to each every team member based on the skills and experience the individual is holding. The roles of team members must be holding the responsibility of completing the task or project provided. The exchange of information plays a vital role in teamwork. It comes directly under the good communication process. I have tried to communicate with each team member about every progressive work.
Secondary Reflection
I have experienced that the functions of groups are mainly based on completing the tasks in the provided time. I adopted some effective process which is based on strong communication skills which help to nourish the skills. I have experienced the open communication network system for sharing the various ideas and thoughts about completing the task through group work. The support of the group members is also required to accomplish the target (Pianpeng and Koraneekij, 2016). The team member and personally I have experienced a great amount of responsibility that is taken to complete the basic tasks level. I have also learned about the group level solving the problems which consume less time. Working with group members can create a brief idea about managing tasks and run meetings. It provides the opportunity to involve all the members to work with the task provided. The roles are given as per the skills levels and can also work as an idea generator, evaluator or mediator. [Referred to Appendix 1]
This project has provided me with several types of benefits which are normally used as the part of “teaching and learning activities” which is present in the project. There are a few factors that are present in the involvement of satisfying my own experience of completing this project work. I have gained knowledge about the leadership qualities which is used in the involvement of the project work. I have also increased my involvement in this project which gains greater satisfaction. I have also faced some challenges which demand a set of skills. The task-oriented groups are also entertained with different sections that are related to different group challenges. My main task is to collect raw data from the craft beer industry, including both the regional and local flavours. I have analysed the market, which keeps on a competitive mode and also able to evaluate the upcoming technology-based tools which are used more for collecting more data.

Future Intentions
I have chosen the all over several craft brewers who are used to represent the 19 per cent of the total $100 billion beer market. I choose the analysis part as I can understand the market very well. As per my thinking, it is very important to track all the trends which receive huge “data analytics departments”. Few skills gaps are identified through the “online assessment tools”.I have run the tests through the personal assessment, which generally allows establishing the level of strengths and weaknesses for putting the project into a better condition (Holder et al. 2019). The skill gap analysis is also carried out through different individuals or team basis. The investment of time is also conducted through a regular training process. The best way of improving communication skills will enhance different types of practise skills that are the vital things which are used to determine several tasks to be performed within the deadline time. There are a few major challenges that are used to complete some of the research methods that are used in every project (Liaquat, 2018).
The goals of the project are set to create the Action plan, which will be registered electronically or handwritten. It also helps in communicating with the brain, which will encourage my brain to perform well. The setting up of the Smart goal which will put the popular system into a particular “business management”. There are some specific reference guides which are used in the definite action plan for different actions to be performed. The actions plans are mainly used to set the target of my goals and also prevents it from delaying the start of action plans (Smith, 2016). The Smart goals always put this particular popular system in the specific “business management”. It will also ensure that the setting of goals begins with accomplishing specific ideas. The planning of the action steps is needed to be completed, where more workout plans are required to be more active. Therefore changing the planning of regular steps taken in completing the task will provide new ideas to the project work.
