Summary
People who eat organic foods have a higher concentration of antioxidants in their bodies. Many dangerous diseases, such as cancer, are less likely to occur as a result of it. The findings will make the impact of organic food on cancer evident to everyone (Ali and Anwar, 2021). And to what extent is this true? Many studies have discovered that people who begin eating organic foods have flavonoids, as well as other nutrients, to a certain extent, and that Omega 3 acts to reduce cancer risk. Organic foods have been discovered to have beneficial impacts on the human body, according to research published in JAMA International Medicine. Organic food is high in polyphenols and carotenoids, such as Allium compounds and Lycopene, as well as many other minerals and vitamins, which reduce the risk of malignancies of the head and neck, stomach, pancreas, and lungs. The antioxidants in these foods help to improve blood circulation and lower the risk of infections and allergies. They aid in the healthy growth and function of the muscles and nerves. They also maintain optimum heart health and lower the risk of cardiovascular disease. The USDA, or United States Department of Agriculture, normally certifies certain foods. Regular use of organic foods also lowers the risk of developing a weakened immune system. Organic foods have numerous health benefits, and one should consume organic foods, such as those vegetables and fruits, to some level (Hashem et al., 2018). The study also discovered that because organic food cultivation requires a low amount of pesticides, it leads to a lower rate of cancer among farmers. Organic foods include a wide range of fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry, and dairy products. These foods are distinct from non-organic foods, which pass similar testing but are more expensive. Organic eggs and beverages are also beneficial to one’s health.

Organic food is rich in iron and magnesium including phosphorus and also vitamin C and thus the people who have the food have improved immune systems. The people who do the intake organic food also get many of the antioxidants inside the body. It results in a reduction of chances of occurring many hazardous diseases like cancer. The research will be done for the various effects of organic food on human health and it will research to what extent it reduces the risk of cancer.
Background of the research
Various fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and grains come under organic foods. As compared to non-organic foods organic foods contain fewer chemicals and pesticides. Thus, it reduces the risk of fungal infections in the body. Organic food provides Polyphenols and Carotenoids including Allium compounds, Lycopene. And many other minerals and vitamins lower the risk of various cancers related to the head and neck, stomach, pancreas, and lungs. These foods provide better blood circulation in the body and the antioxidants reduce the risk of infections and allergies. They help to grow and perform the muscles and nerves properly. They also keep the heart health proper and also reduce the cardiovascular disease risks. These foods are generally certified by the USDA or the US Department of Agriculture. A regular intake of organic foods also reduces the risk of a weak immune system (Prema et al.,2022).
As per the organic label of organic foods by USDA, there are various categories of organic foods like 95% organic or 70% organic, or there are foods that have fewer percentages of being organic. Many of the fruits, vegetables, meat, poultry, and dairy products come under the level of organic foods. These foods are a little different from the non-organic foods which have similar tests but a high level of price. There are also organic eggs and beverages which are good for health (Konatala et al.,2022).
Significance of the research
The research will make it clear to everyone what is the effect of organic food on cancer? And to what extent? Many researchers have found that the people who start the intake of organic foods have flavonoids including other ingredients to a certain limit and among them the Omega 3 works on the reduction of cancer. Research done by JAMA International medicine has found the positive effects of organic foods on the human body.
These foods are not provided with growth hormones and antibiotics. The research also has findings that organic food growing make fewer negative effects on the environment than non-organic foods. Research also was done by Stanford University on the effects of organic foods on human health (Shao et al., 2022).
The researchers also say that organic foods are cultivated without the utilization of synthetic chemicals like those of fertilizers and pesticides and also they do not carry GMOs or organisms which are genetically modified. Organic foods are the base of non-pollutants and environment-friendly agriculture. And agriculture which is based on environment-friendly and pollution-free methods also will be helpful to reduce the risk of many hazardous diseases like even cancer. Many animal studies also have been done to get the actual effects of organic foods on human health and cancerous cells.
Another study was done in the year 2014, also have found that organic foods have many health benefits however, they could not make it clear up to what extent they reduce the risk of cancer. The World cancer fund and the American Institute of cancer research have collected funds on the research done on foods and their process of reducing cancer risks on human beings.
Thus, the research findings say that organic foods have many positive effects on health and one should have an intake of such foods like those vegetables and fruits to a certain extent. The research also has found that as the farming of organic foods needs a low level of presides, it also leads to a low level of cancer among the farmers (Mundel et al.,2022).
Points to be noted are that every food should be washed properly before eating. Organic farming is also very much costly and cannot be done or implemented on every farm. Moreover, all the time organic may not mean health benefits and one should check all segments before having organic types of food (Ion et al., 2022).
Research methods
The research will be been done based on studying various previous researches and studies and then a conclusion will be been taken. Many people and farmers will be questioned and a small survey also will be conducted on the topics and the result will be based on all experiences of people who have the intake of organic foods. The research proposal will follow all the ethics of research.
Resources
The information for the said research will be collected from various journals, websites, and sources like Google scholar articles. The articles will be studied first and then segregated as per the requirements. The project will be done by a thorough study of various relevant articles on the given subject. All the various resources like newspapers and others will be studied properly and a conclusion will be made for the future. The various source and resources will be studied at first in all levels and then it will be decided which part will be taken for the research and study on the topic that what are organic foods? What are their health effects and up to what extent? They are good to reduce cancer risk?
The resources that will be studied will mostly be from Google scholar and all the relevant articles will be used as the clue for the study of the given topic. The resources will be sued to study and invest in the issues related to cancer risks reduction through the consumption of organic foods and beverages.
Research Methodology
Secondary data was used throughout the research process. Various data have been gathered from government departments as well as peer-reviewed papers and articles. To better understand the behavior, direction, and experiences of college students, qualitative methodologies have been implemented. Much of the information is not numerical. The deductive approach has been determined to be ideal for research purposes. It aided the researcher in reaching a conclusion based on logical statements. Various existing theories and research strategies have been used to construct the entire research work. The process of collection of data for the research consists of various interviews of the best professors from different top universities. It has helped add authenticity to the results that have been gathered during the process. The collection of secondary data has helped to build on the existing research has led to better findings, and has reduced the overall cost and time of the research by a considerable amount of time.

Impact Summary
The very term “organic” refers to how agricultural products are processed and grown. Organic farming comes with several rules and regulations that must be followed in specific countries. When it comes to the United States of America, there exists the rule of using synthetic herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers for organic farming. The government looks into the aspects of the benefits that it can cause to human health. Organic food is not only limited to vegetables, but it also comes with organic life stocks which are raised for their meat, eggs, and other products. The accommodation conditions of the organic livestock are greatly different when compared to that of normal livestock (Kang et al., 2020).
“Organic agriculture is a holistic production management system which promotes and enhances agro-ecosystem health, including biodiversity, biological cycles, and soil biological activity. It emphasizes the use of management practices in preference to the use of off-farm inputs, considering that regional conditions require locally adapted systems. This is accomplished by using, where possible, agronomic, biological, and mechanical methods, as opposed to using synthetic materials, to fulfil any specific function within the system”.One can argue the fact that organic agriculture and organic food come at a greater cost when compared to that of the other food items consumed by humans. But it is the health benefits that outdo the cost of organic food. Consumption of organic food has become the latest trend, and it seems to be on the rise with every passing year. It is the lesser use of pesticides and animal feces that makes it less susceptible to microbiological contamination in organic vegetables.
The greatest advantage that comes with organic food is the fact that it remains a lot fresher, and comes without the presence of any preservatives (Pan et al., 2021). It naturally enhances the quality of the food and lets it last longer. Apart from the fact that organic food is beneficial to human health, it also contributes to the betterment of the environment. With the advent of organic farming practices, there has been a considerable reduction in overall pollution, and soil erosion. Water can be conserved with organic farming, and greater energy can be conserved. Moreover, organic farming is also considered good for the birds and animals, as come without pesticides and fertilizers.
