The study will help to explore various problems that company is facing and it will also helps to develop the understanding of the coordination and operation issues in the CafePod Coffee Co. that are related with the current situation of Covid-19.
CHALLENGES
There are various challenges that are faced by Cafepod Coffee Co and such challenges are experienced during the situation of Covid. Various issues faced by business include the following:
Finding new customer:
This issue is being faced by CafePod Coffee Co and it is connected with the Covid-19 situation. In era of pandemic, organizations are forced for the closure and in between this some restaurants are provided the permission to open the cafes. In This situation Cafe pod Coffee Co. is facing several problems related to finding new customers because Covid situations has influenced the people to adopt healthy and homely eating practices. Thus it has resulted in a major issue with finding customers in the business (Yezli & Khan, 2020)
Keeping existing customers:
This issue leads to huge impact on the operations of the Cafe Pod Coffee Co. and thereby company is facing challenges in retaining existing customers. This is directly connected with the present situation of Covid-19. Moreover, Being a consultant it can be examined that company need to develop more effective online strategies to retain and attract existing customers within the firm
Funds to grow business:
Due to the low sell of in the cafe, business is facing a problem of lack of funding in the business. Thereby shortage of funding to grow the business is a major concern for the sustainability and business growth in the market. This issue of the company is directly connected with the current affairs of the increasing Covid-19 possibilities among people (Selvaranjan et.al. 2021). It can be examined that this issue might result in closure of the business in future.
To obliged with legal laws, policies and regulations: Government has restricted the flow of goods and services along with complete closure of the market, It has resulted in many issue to the sustainability and future development if the business in this competitive world. For the same when cafes get the permission for the online businesses, government laws and regulations have also influenced the sales and growth of the business in competitive market (Syriopoulos, 2020). This issue is connected with the situations of Covid-19 because it affects the business to sustain and grow. Moreover, it has been examined that the issue regarding government policies and laws to minimize the situation of Covid-19 requires proper business strategies.
PURPOSE OF REPORT
The main purpose of the report is to examine various issues of the business and such issue affects the company in future growth and sustainability. The issues are evaluated in above because all such issue has a huge impact the business strategies as the current situation is affecting the company’s operations. These issues could be resolved by developing the online presence of the business and managing the social media existence of the company. The main purpose of the report is focused at resolving various Covid-19 issues that affects the business operations.
STAKEHOLDER ANALYSIS
It can be identified that during report there are various internal and external stakeholders and these stakeholders lead to huge impact on the project. Internal stakeholders are those whose interest in the company is in a direct in a relationship (Bhagat et.al. 2020). Such internal stakeholders to the report includes owner of CafePod Coffee Co., employees etc. However, the external stakeholders are those who would influence the company but they are not directly involved within the firm. Such external stakeholders include Government, WHO, Customers, Competitors etc.

High power low influence: In this project, external stakeholders that has high power but has less interest in the CafePod Coffee Co. such stakeholders generally has a huge impact on the main objectives of the report. the These stakeholders are connected with the project because the government develops the guidelines that have to be followed by every business. However, lack of obligations and legal laws to meet the Covid guidelines has a huge impact over the research.
High power, High influence: These stakeholders generally manage the project closely and also have a potential power as well as influence on the project. It includes the manager of Cafe Coffee Co. It represents the internal stakeholder that has a potential power to develop the business strategies and influence the operations and performance of the firm.
Low power, Low influence: This quadrant in stakeholder analysis mainly consists of external stakeholders such as customers who influence the research because customers less support the company in achieving business objectives. Also CafePod Coffee Co is facing problems to retain customers.
Low power, High influence: This can be represented in a last quadrant that consists of the internal and external stakeholder such as employees and competitors of the company. Employees are the one who conducts the operations in order to manage improved organizational performance. However competitors are related with the research because it affects profitability and growth of the business.
CONCLUSION
From the above study it has been concluded that current affairs in terms of Covid-19 has a huge impact on the business. The report has been based on CafePod Coffee Co. There are several issues faced by the cafe. Moreover, it has been identified that all the issues are interrelated with the current situation of Covid and thereby company it can be identified that strategies are important to business. Moreover, various stakeholders have been identified.
