Hence, the use of team development based on project management will be worked on as per solution analysis engagement priorities.
Issue: Low Engagement with team members
The issue faced was low engagement with team members, where all team members were not collaborative towards work related tasks which significantly required attention. Team members were not engaging towards new ideas and determined accuracy was not maintained, which has been found to be keen factor.
- Storming: The stage of storming enabled to analyze, that new competent ideas within team was not ideally adhered based on specific keen functional competent synergies. Storming of working activities was suffered, due to issue of low engagement.

|
Feelings | I realized that my observations skills are too good because in the end of 2nd week I found that something is missing in our strategy of getting goals done at deadline. I found out that there were people who were fresher just like me and also there was low engagement of people to accomplish goals. I also observed that our senior team leader was also not involving at a good level. He was not performing few task that must be performed by each team leader to lead group of people properly (Mulder, 2018).
These all-small working aids to identify the weak area. As I was new so I didn’t say anything out of hesitation. I was feeling that the performance of our team is not so good to accomplish assigned objectives at deadline I was observing that the whole things and strategies that were carried out was not so effective to accomplish desired objectives (Soundiraraj, and Babu, 2022). .
|
Analysis- I have analysed one thing about me that I could manage the whole task effectively as I was looking the areas where we were lacking. Team management is joint approach in which each member whether senior or junior needs to work in together manner and each opinion of individuals needs to asked (Blocher and Sujo-Montes, 2019).
Also, this helped me to build practical experience for making better communication and connection with all other team individuals. Also, the people under our team were fresher. So, there was core issue relates with low engagement of individuals (Schoch, 2021). I must have tried to train people and build strategies that could help us to bring better team performance |
