2. Risk assessment is very important regarding the medicine dosage to the patients. Care worker needs to follow doctor’s instruction regarding medicine and dosage to avoid all risk factors.

In case of risk identification, the health specialist needs to review the medical background of care worker. I would like to guide the care worker regarding actual dosage of medicine.

Moreover, with the help of my good communication skill, I would like to manage all risk factors.

3. Regarding day to day performance, the management of WHS had arranged a special task plan to measure the performance of the care workers within WHS.

4. In terms of simulated emergency situation, I would like to review the emergency system and performance of the care worker for early recovery of the patient.
