The application of Hofstede’s cultural dimension model is going to be done in the Apex Hotels Ltd organization as it highly focuses on the factors of power distancing. It provides the acceptance of unequal distribution of power among the workers. Technological factors Technological advancements are highly needed to improve the customer service and trading facilities in the organization of the UK that will include the different modes of payment and various websites for pre-booking. It will provide faster service by the employees to the customers.
Legal factors The laws and regulations are required to be followed by the organization for people management and the company must focus on clearing the tax factors to implement a business by maintaining all the ethics.
Environmental factors The hospitality industry of Apex Hotels Ltd must implement an eco-friendly business by avoiding the use of plastics that would be preferable in the waste management factors.
