Maple Hotel is a UK-based which is situated at about 1miles away from the city centre of Liverpool. Culture is the most influencing force and Hofstede’s six cultural dimensions model and the attitude of the customers to the service of Maple hotel is evaluated(Huang et al, 2019) The six dimensions that are examined for the Maple hotel are
- Power Distance Index shows that the customers of Maple hotel have the tendency of low power distance which help the management to understand the customers.
- Collectivism -Individualism considers the attachment with relatives, friends or family. The guests of Maple hotel are mostly individualistic.
- The Uncertainty Avoidance index is concerned about the tolerance of uncertainty.
- Masculinity-Feminity reflects the attitude to gender equality. Guests of Maple hotel tend to have equal rights
- Short-term -long-term orientation focus on the extent of the hotel’s time horizon. Maple hotel has a long-term orientation

Market orientation (MO), Entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and Learning orientation (LO) are three strategic orientation. For Maple hotel, the adoption of the market concept measures the capability of interaction with customers and also reflect the reaction to the competitors.MO provides the knowledge business needs in a competitive environment and firm strategy.MO is most important as it encourages to learn from the environment and enhance innovation as it considers the new response to market so it can be concluded that.MO can be used for Maple Hotel.
4. Management model
Tabatabaei er al. (2017) stated that the human resource management model is an integral part of the hospitality industry that is to be used in Maple Hotel. The Maple hotel must focus on a customer-driven and quality-focused industry. All the employees of the hotel who are directly in contact with guest are important for the hotel Maple. The quality of service is vital and dependent on the staff’s behaviour. The standard of accommodation, food and other facilities must be maintained in a skilled manner.HRM has an impact on Maple hotel’s performance. Training development, strategic policy, good understanding are the major elements that are maintained by HRM.
5.Development
The development is the main centre for the Maple Hotel. The vision of the hotel is to make the hotel Maple grow. Ensuring the satisfaction of customers, participation in employee training, cooperation, improved safety and security would help the hotel to grow.
