Description
Week-1: I was quite nervous on my first week of internship programme in the district mental health hospital under the supervision of hospital superintendent where I was new and completely unaware about the brief routine of the hospital and tried to accompany the job role and responsibility correspondingly. I have acknowledged the low confidence level which impedes effective communication with others for collaboration of routine work with increasing interaction (Lambert et al., 2021).
Week-2: In the days of the second week the mental health competency has acknowledged the issue of team collaboration and team bonding where I was speechless primarily which negatively influenced the co-workers and team productivity with the decision making process. The team building, collaboration and bonding needs strong interpersonal skills where self-efficacy helped me to communicate with the team members and group activity in a cooperative way designed by the management.
Week-3: I have experienced my lack of potential in communication skills which bind me to explore the different modes and procedures to serve the consumer and manage routine work with flexibility through open communication and discussion about the course of action.
Week-4: The days of week four were spent examining leadership capability through cultural intelligence where I have experienced the potential weakness in managing a diverse team, conflict management, critical thinking and analysis to deliver efficiency in customer service.
Feelings
Week-1: From the account of the first week of the internship program, it was quite important for me where I acknowledged the different processes and methods of function in the institution with fluctuating confidence levels. It urged me to develop strong self confidence to interact with the seniors, colleagues and mentors for knowledge gain and experiencing the business procedure through cognitive ability in cultural intelligence.
Week-2: Previously I was quite an introvert in managing the everyday task and learning procedure where week-2 had witnessed my lack of ability in team-work, collaboration, bonding for creativity and process operation. I maintained a slow pace of learning to boost my skills in team collaboration, cooperation.
I incorporated the importance of team collaboration through the organizational perspectives to enlarge the mental wealth to reflect the real world with personal attire and experiences for the engagement of cultural intelligence for enhanced employability.
Week-3: Week three was prosperous for my learning approach in the internship program where I learned the skills of communication through effective coordination from the seniors, co-worker and other staff to engage in a flexible exchange and communication process to earn culture competence for accommodating diverse cultural employees for the business goal and objective.
Week-4: The leadership capability is vital for employability prospectus which is essential for managing the organization with maintaining mental wellness and directing the business process for an optimized outcome. It helps to deliver a healthy work-culture in the organization through the aspects of cultural intelligence in managing diverse cultural employees with respect towards individual dignity and differences with a safe and secure space (Richard, 2021).
Evaluation
Week-1: Initially my lack of self confidence outlined my employability skills and within the first week I started acknowledging in the business details which generated confidence to reflect the job role and responsibility in a positive way. On a specific note, the aspects of cultural intelligence are useful to adapt and accommodate the changing business environment for business efficiency and skill development.
Week-2: The lack of teamwork, cooperation were hindering my credibility in the internship programme where I tried my best based on self confidence and started communicating with the team members and other staff to enhance the productivity through cultural competence for adaptability and adjustment for professional achievements.
Week-3: It needs to be mentioned that the third week is crucial for giving importance to communication skills which is essential to enable myself flexibility in interpersonal skills and interoperate with others for process management and efficiency in business delivery. It was quite a memorable experience to practice my communication ability in the team, senior and organizing my responsibility on a daily basis through cultural competence and mitigating the practice of discrimination an inequality in the business process.
Week-4: The fourth week gave me the opportunity to align myself in developing the leadership which is essential for the business process and my employability prospects through myself efficacy and urgency of necessity. It drives me for engaging with other to make decisions, conflict management and critical analysis to effectively use it for real world purposes for business gain (Lee et al., 2018).
Analysis
Week-1: I have been in the first few weeks of tremendous pressure due to my being of low confidence, where most of my being much nervous has affected the title of my job or my internship. My usual growth of mine has been sluggish, where most of my poor self-confidence has not flourished due to the lack of transparency in my job role in the mental health hospital.
Depression at the workplace has been a major function of employee performance to directly cause a negative impression on the employees (Yunus et al., 2019). Moreover, the cultural intelligence element has been a major barometer to evaluate my confidence at my work, where the non-verbal element of the cultural intelligence has improved at the end of my internship program.
Week-2: The team collaboration ability of me has been of much lower structure, which directly has implied a specialized factor in the form of not being able to cooperate fully with the different people at my internship position. I have been processing the leadership values of cultural intelligence, where the spirit of team collaboration has greatly influenced me to cause a positive effect and work on my leadership skills.
Week-3: The internship position of me being placed under the hospital superintendent has been quite stressful for me, mostly owing to my lack of better communication skills. It has been a general observation that the improvement of the communication skills at the workplace is usually improved by the diversified culture, where such diversities have been invited by process of hiring (Cletus et al., 2018).
Week-4: I have felt that the team management skills in me have been lacking to a great extent, where most of my issues have been in the form of having the diversified team being managed to a good extent. I have been lacking in the management of the employee conflict, where the different nature of the conflicts have been lying beyond the horizon of my conflict management skills, thus focusing on my lack of knowledge and poor cognitive availability of cultural intelligence.
Conclusion
The last week of my internship under the supervision of the superintendent of the mental hospital has been one tougher issue, which must have been due to the nature of the non-understanding and lack of clarity about my job role. The cultural intelligence of mine have been improved with several weeks of being an intern in the mental health hospital, where such improvements have been made mostly to improve upon the different areas of speech, collaboration and making myself more accustomed to the culture of work.

(Source: Self-created)
I have developed the action plan to assess the weakness of mine regarding the job role, where the job title has been influential and mostly affected by being an intern in the mental hospital. The motivation of self often assists in building self-confidence to a higher extent, where the different traits of negativity are often improved to a higher extent (Asadullah et al., 2019).
The action plan briefly describes the ways of mitigating the different sources of improvement upon my areas of operation regarding the different areas of action, and such ways have been set to be mitigated within a specified period of time range.
Conclusion
Thus, it may be concluded that the work of being an intern at the mental health hospital needs various areas of improvement regarding the character traits, which mostly direct to the areas of lack of self-confidence and communication skills, as is reflected in the report.
