4.0 Literature review
4.1 Empirical study
According to Occhipinti, 2022 mental health has three types. They are emotional, physical, and social well-being. It also affects how a person feels and thinks. Mental health determines stress, related to others, and also makes healthy choices. Now both mental health and physical health are a part of the system. Now mental health depends on mental wealth (Hickie, et al. 2022). Mental wealth is different for different people. This would help them to work on a different type of mental health risk and keep the negative affect away from their mental health. Also, the person’s mental health depends on the situation that they are in. If the situation around a certain person gives him pain and sorrow then the mental health of that person will be driving towards a negative way. Mental wealth is the act of kindness than the act of staying happy. These are things that a person stores to keep their mental health quite balanced. Now mental wealth is disturbed when mental health is affected by negative things.
According to Lachaud, 2022 there are many ways that a person can work on improving mental health. There are many things that would be really effective in a person’s life. The first thing is that the person has to set a goal in their life so that they can achieve what they want. This would help them to stay motivated. Second thing is to provide a certain value to the things that are around them. Third thing is to set goals for the future and keep it secure. This would again motivate the person to do something special with their life. Also, it is said that physical activity is one of the major situations that keeps a certain person mentally active. The first thing is to work on keeping themselves physically active and make sure that they are having lack energy. Also, leisure must be a part of life that can be kept at a moderate rate.

They also have a learn a certain type of skill that would help them to gather the mental wealth that they have. The mental wealth will have a certain type of change that would help them to develop new and unique skills that will be boosting their mental skill (Hickie, et al. 2022). This would help them to be more grateful towards life and gather a certain type of information.
4.2 Literature Gap
The above literature review takes the articles to discuss the problems with mental health and how they can boost mental wealth. Also, the literature review discusses how mental wealth is affected when mental health is affected in a negative way Now the point that the literature failed to analyze is that it didn’t mention the reason for the occurrence of the mental health problem (Chen, 2019). It could have also explained the reason why people suffer from mental health for quite a long time. Also, the literature review failed to discuss the ways that a person can lose their mental health.
5.0 Research Methodology
5.1 Method Design
In this method, there are many methods that are used in the research. The first is the deductive approach. With this, the research strategy can be important that would help them to set the research. Then the qualitative method is used in the data collection method and secondary analysis will be used in this process.
5.2 Data collection method
This research process will be followed by the qualitative data collection method with lots of qualitative data coverage from the other’s research areas. The research process of others regarding mental wealth with significant information will help this proposal construct the base of the data collection process (Lu, et al. 2018). This data collection method of qualitative style helps to collect suitable and effective data for the research and to maintain a sustained order, the method of collection can be the best option for reviewing. The human process of mental wealth and the information are the ones and only ways to research the procedure in the upcoming research with a secondary base.

This proposal will be followed by the secondary analysis process. The secondary analysis technique is the best way to the qualitative approach. The secondary analysis technique helps contribute to the research process and gathering the information regarding mental wealth. Collected data with the secondary analysis is effective and controls the selection of the data coverage to the research topic (Prentice, et al. 2019). It is important to analyze for the next research process with secondary method is actually the area of another’s research process and reviewing of the topic.
5.4 Research ethics
To bring a research process systematic and sustainable, maintaining research ethics is important. Research ethics will be maintained properly for the disciplined order and organizing with a lot of actions in a safe and secure manner.
- The collected data will be secured properly with digital security and kept in a private locker during the research process.
- The research process will not harm any animal or the environment during the research.
- Sustainability will be maintained in the research process.
- This research will respect all the people attached to the research.

6.0 Data analysis and finding
In the data analysis process, the first thing is to understand the reason for the collection of the data analysis. Then the research will further move to the data collection process of other relevant sources. The sources will be defined so that there are no ethical issues related to the research (Bhugra, 2018). Then the unnecessary data would be cleaned up so that there are no irrelevant to the research. Then the data will be analyzed using the secondary method which will give the results. Then the results will be interpreted so that the objectives of the research can be met.
7.0 Conclusion
To conclude, there are some major important processes that going to be discussed and analyzed in the research and this proposal will do exactly what is stated in the file. This proposal will form some authentic area of the research and help contribute to the discussion of the topic by reviewing the literature, methods, and significance of the research. This proposal will do its best for the research process and this proposal concluded with significant points.
