Supporting this statement, Horwood et. al. There are different factors that can impact the well-being of employees working in company. Taking an example of academic experience, When I was working on presentation given by my mentor topic social, emotional and physical intelligence, I came to know about the importance of teamwork in organisation. That time I was quite nervous because I was presenting alone on the topic of related to it. I explained to them that If an employee or any other staff working in a professional career get support from their mentor then their skills will be developed. This in turn will help in enhancing their mental well-being as well. By the time I have developed networking and collaboration over there in the classroom which has helped me gain benefits like wealth creation for my future professional life.
