Part 1: Engagement with MH In-sessional
A range between two extremes (introversion and extraversion) has been represented by each of the five traits. A continuum between extreme introversion and extreme extraversion has been represented by extraversion. A broad category of Personality traits is the Big Five. The big five personality traits are as follows:
- Openness: Insight and imagination are the characteristics that are featured by the openness trait. As mentioned by Oshio et al. (2018), a broad range of interests has been found also in the people who are high in this trait. As a result, they are eager to enjoy new experiences and learn new things as well as curious about other people and the world.
- Conscientiousness: High levels of goal-directed behaviors, good impulse control as well as thoughtfulness are the standard features of conscientiousness traits. In order to be mindful as well as organized of details, highly conscientious people tend. (Buecker et al. 2020)
- Extraversion: Standard features of this trait include high amounts of emotional expressiveness, assertiveness, talkativeness, sociability as well as excitability. In social situations, people who are high in extraversion tend to gain energy as well as are outgoing. (Azucar et al. 2018)
- Agreeableness: Agreeableness trait is characterized by affection, kindness, altruism, trust and it also covers other personal behaviors. People who are low in agreeableness tend to be sometimes manipulative and even more competitive. On the other hand, the high agreeableness tends to be more cooperative.

On the other hand, people who are high in this trait tend to experience sadness, irritability, anxiety as well as mood swings.
Part 2: Enrichment portfolio
In order to experience/intellect, I ranked at 54% with the description which new experiences do not typically seek out by me on openness. As I am no artist, while I am somewhat creative I would agree with this assessment. In comparison to doing something analytical, I would take more time in order to do something creative.
Therefore, on occasion in order to be creative, I still like to do. In order to engage in intellectual and imaginative activities as well as the willingness of one to try new things is referred to by openness. On openness, those who score high are perceived as artistic as well as creative. Value and variety independence is preferred by them. They enjoy learning new things and traveling to new places as well as being curious about their surroundings. On consciousness, 85% which was my highest rank.
As I am reliable as well as well organized so in order to do this placement I agreed with it. Therefore, in order to have new experiences above my openness is weighed down by this part of my personality, as I can feel this. Hereafter, I was taking care in order to get things right, as I am very calculated as well as careful also. In order to engage in goal-directed behaviors, the ability of the person to regulate impulse control has been described by conscientiousness. Persistency, inhibition as well as control of behavior is measured by this.
In extraversion, I ranked 9% which was my lowest rank. If someone asked most of those people who knew me, no one would rank me that low; however, it is probably an accurate depiction. Small groups to large crowds are preferred by me as well as I am a thoughtful and quiet person. On my own spending quiet time, I am perfectly happy with it.
I actually work much harder in social situations in order to talk to people as well as at being more outgoing at the place where I would feel into the background more comfortable melding. At agreeableness, with the description of supportive, courteous well as good-natured I ranked at 84% I agree with this assessment in order to be my agreeable self.
In order for sympathizing as well as empathy with others, a natural affinity was had by me. As mentioned by Stajkovic et al. (2018), people who are high in agreeableness can be described as well-liked, trusting as well as soft-hearted. In order to meet the needs of others, they are sensitive as well as cooperative and helpful.
They are regarded as altruistic as well as trustworthy by people. On the other hand, people who are low in agreeableness might be perceived as uncooperative, manipulative as well as suspicious. In order to interact with others, they might be antagonistic which makes them less likely to be trusted as well as well-liked.
I ranked at 39% in neuroticism with which I am generally relaxed. If it were not for being a worrywart I would probably rank lower in order to my high consciousness that is linked as this is accurate. In order to be more sociable with people, I forced myself to do so.
An individuals’ overall emotional stability has been described by neuroticism through which way they perceive the world. The neuroticism trait includes attributes such as emotional instability, moodiness as well as sadness. People who are high in this trait tend to experience sadness, irritability, anxiety as well as mood swings. Those who score high on neuroticism often feel self-pitying, insecure as well as anxious.
They are often perceived as irritable as well as moody. As mentioned by Soutter et al. (2020), people who are low in neuroticism tend to be emotionally resilient as well as more stable. In order to low self-esteem as well as excessive sadness, they are prone. On the other hand, the people who are low on neuroticism are more likely to be self-satisfied, secure as well as calm. In order to be perceived as moody or anxious, they are less likely. However, in order to remain resilient as well as have high self-esteem, they are more likely to.
