This supports the well-being and dignity of the people to achieve sustainability in the world business market (Waddock, 2020). Amazon drives the Net Zero Carbon in the future of the employees regard to support the whole value chain of the business.

Change management is the concept that manages the system of production in the workplace at Amazon. The rapid changes in the business market make sure the accepted values of the business into the practices. The vision is translated into the eight goals for the development of the business and meeting the goal of the organization (Assefa et al. 2017). The Theory of Change is able to change the design and framework of the company to reach the sustainable goal of Amazon.

The SDG 13 has been used in the case of Amazon in order to maintain the “net-zero carbon emission”. In this regard, it can be said that this multinational company Amazon is focused on its environmental aspects. In order to make safe the environment from their products and services, this company takes the help of UN-SDGs. With this framework, Amazon has been able to enhance its effectiveness and efficiency regarding its productivity. In the purpose of the “sustainable development goal,” this company gives stress on the use of green and renewable energy in their core part of the business, which would eventually lead to reduce pollution and make the climate better. In the process of manufacturing the products of Amazon, a huge amount of waste can be emitted. In order to manage the waste regarding its manufacturing, this company is focused on adhering to the concept of SDG 13 to make safe of the environment from a global perspective (Zhu et al. 2020). This theory helps this company Amazon to make their business sustainable through the maintenance of zero carbon emission. The main goal of this theory is to make the business of Amazon sustainable without affecting the global environment (Verwijs, 2021). The managers and the leaders are the pillars who guide the employee of this organization to work properly inside this company by managing the low carbon emission regarding its aspect of production. In order to make the earth safe from any kind of environmental disease Amazon give stress on the factors of SDG so that the business of Amazon becomes sustainable with the maintenance of environmental aspects.

From the above discussion The study determined the effectiveness of the Sustainable Development Goal of the company in the world. The selected company for the study is Amazon, the retail industry that wants to reach the goal of the organization. The study helps to analyze the relevant theory for reducing the SDG of AmaZon. Net Zero Carbon is the SDG for the employees and leaders of Amazon. The SDG-13, Scrum theory, and Theory of change are the relevant theories for the business. For the purpose of reaching the SDG of Amazon, the SDG-13 model is the best model that is based on different steps.
The recommendations for achieving the SDG are mentioned below:
- The leaders of Amazon need to lead the team in the workplace with the motivation for reaching the goal of the business.
- The SDG-13 model helps the organization create a system to reduce the amount of Carbon dioxide in the environment.
- The goal of SDG-13 is to eliminate the waste of the products and add the components of the value to the system of the business.
- The leaders of the company need to improve the idea of the invention for achieving the goal of the business.
- The model helps the business to manage the services and products as per the demand of the customers.
