However, anything extra can cause harm, and hence video gaming for a few hours can be good until it is in control and not turning into an addiction (Webber, 2021).
4. Conclusion
The researcher from Ghent University has revealed that jumping to conclusions about the addiction to video games may not be helpful in addressing the cause. A detailed study is required, and the individual habit must be monitored before identifying the video game-related disorders.
