As per table 1, SWOT analysis is helping e to understand the abilities that I already have. I have to participate in regular CPD classes to increase my competencies. I want to focus on the relationship between job satisfaction and employee turnover rate. From the previous studies, I have learned that job satisfaction is related to maintaining job transparency.

 My soft skills should be improved to collect data. On the other hand, after proceeding with my dissertation I want to join the workplace. My long-term goals include being a team leader of the team. I have strong leadership skills which will help me to focus on my aim.

I am weak to communicate with new people. It will impact my future development. I want to meet new people and communicate with them to enhance my professional skill. It will help me to manage my team. Communication is required to handle the tam conflict and to maintain a positive relationship with the team members (Aguinis and Gabriel, 2021). Employee satisfaction indicates that an organization meets employees’ demands, and needs and maintains well being properly. Employee satisfaction increases business performance and gives satisfactory results in a competitive business environment (Popa et al. 2018). It is important to provide financial as well as non-financial support for employees to make them satisfied and get positive output in business. Training and educational support play an effective role to motivate employees and encouraging them to perform better business performance.  Approximately 51% of employees in the world stated that work-life balance is an important factor to maintain the satisfaction level of employees within an organization (statista.com, 2022).

The secondary research strategy will be the research strategy for completing the study. The data collection method for the study will be used the qualitative method based on the thematic analysis. The research design will be the descriptive design for the expense that involves creating satisfaction in the workplace.

Research philosophy

Positivism philosophy will be used in this research to gather positive knowledge and information regarding employee satisfaction and turnover (Ryan, 2018). Positivism philosophy deals with the examination of research variables to get better research outputs.

This philosophy will help to collect information regarding how organizations increase their employee satisfaction to reduce turnover rates. The selection of positivism philosophy will play an important role in analyzing research variables to get relevant information and maintain the quality of research.

There are different research philosophies such as interpretive and post-positivism, however, positivism philosophy will be appropriate for this research to get positive outcomes in future.

Legal

In the workplace of the organization, the legal issue is the workload of the new and senior employees. The turnover of the organization faces social support for the legal issues in the workplace. The employees want the intention to the turnover refers to the perceived probability of the leaving and staying as the worker of the workplace.

Social

In the workplace, there are some social issues regarding the job satisfaction of the employees and turnover. The pay, opportunities, promotion, fringe benefits, and security for the job are the social issues for the satisfaction of the employees.

The employees get the benefits from the workplace through the incentive for the extra work. The job satisfaction of the employees leads to the reduction cost system in the workplace of the organization through the absence, task error, and conflicts in the turnover.

Security

The employees need security in the workplace which increases the private sector of the organization. The management of the organization can reduce the incentives of the work that is the security issues in the workplace. Job security measures the uses of the perceived risks of the loss of a job for the employees.

The security issues refer to the huge workforce in the workplace also the scarcity of new job openings. The reduction of the working rate occurred prior to an increase in the rate of job losses in recent times.
