Finding an Internship

Any kind of internship process provides the opportunity for applying the skills which could be essential for the working process and also help to gain experience in that certain field of internship. In any kind of internship process it should be providing some certain criteria like it should be appropriate for applying my skills, should be appropriate for learning new things like new theories and procedures, and the working environment should be positive for experiencing it further. Considering all these things it becomes easy to find an appropriate company for the internship. The finding process for a company for the internship should assure the effectiveness for the internship process of that company (Neuenschwander et al. 2018). There are several other processes that can help to find an appropriate company for the internship. For my internship I considered some industrial locations which are near and around London, as it would be perfect for getting an experience which could be useful on the industrial level. Also it will be not far from my home, which will give an extra advantage.  I also had applied to other software and IT companies in London which could be appropriate for this internship. These companies are like Intellisoft, Tatvasoft, Codefirst, etc. This kind of company also could be appropriate for the internship as it will provide proper experience of the software department and also for the industrial IT fields.

In the application process for ‘AscentiQ Solutions Limited’ it took time to properly understand the environment of the company and also the working process of that particular field for the company. There were various kinds of differences in the working process of that company from what I have learnt previously. Although the overall structure for the provided post of ‘Junior Software Automation Test Analyst’ was almost the same with some changes in the application process to make it more effective  (Shorey et al. 2019). In that specific application there was the need to understand the industrial connection with the work and also the working structure of that company. For this process it took some time and after that the internship was appropriate for learning new working processes and strategies and also for getting the overall experience in that field. For any kind of internship there needs to be the exact knowledge about the outcome of that internship and which the need for it is. It will help to find the perfect company for conducting the internship process. This kind of internship process should also provide an idea of what kind of skills are required and important for this field and also will be helpful to learn the disciplines and various kinds of industrious skills for certain fields. One needs to be conscious about the process of internship as it could alo provides various opportunities for their certain fields, which could be essential or useful in the future.  There could also be various kinds of challenges which need to be handled efficiently and learn that process with it for the success of the internship process.

The internship process for any kind of intern generally provides the opportunities for gaining the required experience for their respective fields. The main role of this kind of internship process is to get the understanding of the requirement of any kind of industrial context and also gain the knowledge about how to handle the provided post during any internship. During the internship for the post of ‘Junior Software Automation Test Analyst’ there is also certain professional duties that need to be done like, monitor and issue reporting of any software or other programming languages, identify various system bugs for the company, and to help the company to prepare a solution for these kind of challenges or problems in the working process. There could also be the daily process for manual checking of the systems of that company. The experience of manual testing is essential for the further process of this kind of internship. For the post of ‘Junior Software Automation Test Analyst’ there were certain kinds of activities that needed to be done for the working process of that company. These activities helped me to learn and understand the working process for this job and were also useful for gaining experience from it. There was effective use of various kinds of programming languages, and I had to know about the different tools for automation testing and also about the effective use of it. There were also activities like manual testing, familiarization with various kinds of working methodologies for the betterment of the working structure (Lennox, 2019). Also the activities which are helpful in the development of the time management , communications and analytical process of that company needed to be done in the process of internship for that company. After all these activities there is the reporting of these activities and the results for the company which is also important for this process of internship. To create proper communication with the employees of that company there were some implications of some activities which are meant to be useful for the betterment of the communication of that company. This kind of proper communication in any kind of company is useful for creating proper connection between the employees of that company. There were various kinds of test issues with this kind of internship process because there were implications of some industrial skills after learning it. There was also the analytical process for the betterment of understanding of the working process of that company. The success of the internship in that company depends upon the effectiveness of these activities which were done during the internship process for the compass. That is why the analysis of the working process of that company in the initial stage of this internship was also important.

During this kind of internship process the improvement of various kinds of profession skills and also the learning process of various new kinds of skills related with the profession are common. Without learning about additional professional skills and activities these kinds of internship processes are not complete or successful. This kind of internship can improve general skills like time management, overall work management process, analytical overviews, communication skills, etc. There could also be the improvement of various technical skills or job related skills including their learning process of the effective use of it. These skills are like learning about various other programming languages, to know about the automation tasting process, various testing processes of the software, and manual checking of different systems, etc.

 

These activities during the internship process for the company helps the company in the working process and also help the intern to know about these kinds of new skills. For me it was also kind of the same in the process of gaining additional skills related to that job (Pandey and Kumar, 2021). This kind of technical and professional skills matters in the employment process in the future. Companies prefer to provide employment to those who have experience or at least have the general knowledge about what they are going to do with a certain job. For that the learning process of these kinds of new professional skills are important in the related industrial fields. Especially the technical skills are essential for the conduction of this kind of jobs during internships also in the future. The process of upgrading the software for the additional work for the company is also required for this kind of internship. There could also be certain requirements for the development of the working process and for that these kinds of technical and professional skills could be useful for this process.

The event management by me was also good and effective for those events of that company.  But the identification process of the various kinds of tools for the betterment of the software of the company was a bit tricky in the initial stage for me during this internship process.  This internship process also created a proper engagement process with the work of the company and also provided the experience of working in a new location. There are various kinds of related factors that could be developed with the successful conduction of these kinds of internships.

 

The improvements of my professional skills include the development of the decision making process for any kind of activity,  problem solving abilities , technical skills, betterment of the communications and influences, etc. The conduction process of various kinds of activities of that company helped to improve the decision making ability. There were various kinds of obstacles and challenges during the working process of that company and the absolute involvement with it helped in the process of development of my problem solving abilities. After that there is also the betterment of the technical skills for the success of that internship (Andayani, 2018). Also various kinds of collaboration with others happened during this internship process of that company. The industrial structure of that company was also successfully analyzed by me for the betterment of the structure of the company and also for gaining the related experience from it. There were various implementation processes of various kinds of innovative technologies for the betterment of the working structure of that company. This can change the working structure of that company and also affect the working process of that company. With the effective internship process one can get the overall idea about the working structure of a company, and also can also learn the effective use of these innovative technologies of that company. In this kind of internship the general idea with the job could be understood but not the entire company activities for their business or work of the company. The most important thing with this kind of internship process is to gain enough experience for the professional field.
