1.0 Introduction
Digital proficiency is spread out over the world for collecting information regarding learning, applying them into work, and helps to live in society through technologies. Everybody shows interest in learning new technologies in the digital medium for their own comfort. It is also helpful for communication and solving problems to internal employees and external customers. Individuals can demonstrate leadership skills using digital proficiency and learn efficiently corporate social responsibilities of organization level.
2.0 Critical analysis
2.1 Changes of global economic power
Global growth transfers from first world countries to third world countries. Third world countries are becoming more powerful and economically strong every day.
So we see maximum investments have been done for defense to protect the economy and territorial sectors. That mindset reduces dependency on first world countries. It decreases the capacity of western countries’ power over Asiatic regions.
2.2 Demographic changes
I consider a huge impact has been created every time due to explosive population density in some Asiatic regions. It violates socio economic equity of our society. It is also responsible for global warming and the misbalancing of the earth. Meanwhile technologies have acquired more than half of the work field which decreases the chances of manual power. Computer driven automated technologies provide effective solutions accurately in less time (Veldtman, G.R. et al, 2020). Human are going to slave of neither technologies nor the technologies. One day robots will work in place of employees in the workplace and humans working as sweeper due to lack of efficiency.
2.3 Accelerating new challenges
In the twenty -first century, new challenges arrived along with digitalization. As an employee in an organization faces reduction of growth rate is crucial concern in this time. My organization like any other companies had been performing poorly in this decade due to huge changes of economy. There are few steps are taking n the basis of the company neutralizing the challenges by tech oriented products. This can help to set up relative approaches regarding the business.
2.4 Digital wave
Artificial intelligence (AI), nanotechnology, holographic memory gives a breakthrough in digitally rethinking and reshaping the computer driven world. The socio economic balance, business and entrepreneurship have been stabilized by accepting these technologies. There are various plans has been approved through various mediums like delivery by drones can be used in various work fields which is a great innovation in engineering and 3d liver has been created artificially which is a revolution of medical science.
2.5 requirements of Redefined skills
Frequent changes of technologies create a huge impact on workplace. This signifies the Socio-economic concern globally. Unavailability of core skills is giving chances to Digital technologies driven machineries to fill up the work place. According to my experiences in while working in an organization Team building and team work should be required to get more development. Flexibility and intelligence of latest technologies should acquire regularly to fix the position in that organization. These steps can create sustainability according to technological work in future. (Smith, A.F., 2019).
2.6 Trends of macro economy
It is a return factor of the strongest asset after risk neutral valuations at a time. There are some factors which support macroeconomics such as globalization, automation processes, and accelerating urbanization. The goal can be fulfilled by stable prices of commodities, employment and growth of the economy at an equivalent rate. Giga trends spread over the countries have created a huge effect on civilization. Some of the giga trend examples Netflix, Disney world etc has engulfed the whole virtual world. They also put an extra sensitive impact on our society in various ways such as:
- It is end of generation of TV
- Digital revolution has been taken place
- Stock market shows surging and sluggish economy
- Crypto currencies creates boom in market
- Rate of inflation and rate of interest has been increased
- Decrease the rate of money
In the time new challenges have arrived along with the evolution of the digital world. As an employee in this company I have analyzed few things such as: below average in terms of performance companies has become poor and growth rate decreased over a decade. The 1op ten companies are new in market except Microsoft in this decade. Various Challenges are raised such as cyber security, data breaches, ransom ware and frauds excessive using of digital media. As per me some regulatory bodies need to create neutralizing risk management techniques for the individuals. So that it can provide piracy regarding data and information.
Socioeconomic inequality has been raised widely due to machine learning process.
AI driven technologies engulfed the technological fields. So many employees are getting jobless. This is a socioeconomic inequality concern regarding technology. Meanwhile repetitive and predictive strategy takes over the world. As per the New York Times, AI bias world is more dangerous in terms of war. According to AI researchers, the challengenges are arrived in terms of competition in the employment.
2.7 Artificial intelligence
It is the combination of science, technology and human thoughts operated through machines. It overtakes machines with a high level of human intelligence and emotion in the next generation. We can learn various commercial applications in the workplace through AI. The great invention of AI is Robots. Robot is an electro -mechanical instrument integrated with human senses. We can operate various human tasks. Sometimes the machine can learn from the experiences. We are familiar with uses of different AI based technologies such as: biometric, virtual reality, holographic memory, speech recognition etc. We can create, store, transmit and analyze data depending upon the AI.
We can learn machine learning techniques, deep learning techniques by various algorithms operated through AI.
After AI, artificial general intelligence is formed through indistinguishable characteristics of humans.
Sometimes we face some problems operating with AI besides all these advantages Such as: voice recognition, face recognition, speech analysis, stress synthesis and also recognition of optical character.
We can face risks of excessive using of artificial intelligence:
- Privacy violations
- Inequality at the level of socio economical
- Automatic weapons
- Jobless of human being
3.0 Critical Analysis in depth using reflective model
Here I am going to discuss Gibb’s reflective model below:
The description below depends on experiences while doing research work on lectures of 4 weeks. This work signifies various challenges regarding mental stability during work.
According to me there are huge effects of using efficient leadership skills into academic careers to complete projects, publication of yearly magazines and volunteering in various programs. Most importantly science projects require more skillful members to furnish the entire projects beautifully within time.
This determines the growth mindset regarding experiencing critical situations in the way to learn. It also helps to maintain a stable mindset of students every time.
I always feel interested in hearing about science projects. I can connect with the people and learn various ideas from them that help to gain my knowledge automatically. There are a lot of challenges to overcome while doing the projects. Firstly, learn a clear mindset of choosing topics. Secondly, knows various ideas from members. Thirdly, implementing the best idea over them, fourthly collecting information regarding that particular project related to real life experiences. Fifth, Connects with professional society to learn the procedures of implementing them into reality, Sixth, Selecting a mentor obviously to get better experience practically. Last but not the least demonstrates the entire work into a seminar.
The things I learn here demand that the media of our society directly hit the globe as of science and technology. Moreover the economies of all countries boost up through the media used technologies. These teach us the working capability of experiencing group work. I consider verbal and non verbal communication has been improved through the process of working in a group. Managerial skills should also be developed; various reviews and recommendations help to neutralize the errors to become more efficient in next.
In the field of direct selling marketing, I had faced several kinds of challenges while performing leadership skills to manage the team manually without having digital media. But the digital media helps out lot of thing to do in managerial purposes in a less time such as:
Members of one my team are meeting within themselves using social platforms. That helps to generate bonds with them. It is also helpful for their profit related goals. It helps aligning the members of my business team in less time.
Team Members sharing their ideas and views managing the team through their daily work to fulfill the targets are helpful for subordinates. Those views also motivate the people to achieve their own goals at times. This boosts up the overall performances of a team.
Productivity increases based on effective skills and performances on a daily basis. Problem solving skills and ability to take workload and maintain accountability develops the organization to promote higher levels. This helps me to increase the productivity of individuals as well as my business.
In the level of communication I get richer with the use of digital media in my business. It also helps to grow mentally stable of business marketing at the higher levels. A skilled communicator should follow some steps to increase the business over time such as: setting a goal, researching credentials, counseling members, sharing proper information, instructing subordinates in a very efficient manner.
In this section a strategic ideas comes from a growth mindset. It also provides balancing from psychologically as well as physically. The proper use of communication And thinking analytically and critically helps to build effective business model. The outcome has developed on the basis of increasing cognitive intelligence which helps to increase the capability regarding digital proficiency. The competencies help to reshape the vision of life for future growth.

4.0 Conclusion
In retrospect various things are described differently. The Fourth version of the Digital industry has spread rapidly throughout the decades. It enters into the fifth generation for reshaping the future depending upon the artificial intelligence (AI) and holographic memory. Some of the important skills regarding digital leadership include digital efficiency, communication, trading awareness, negotiation and persuasion, problem solving mentality and confidence. Digital leadership plays a crucial role to define digital strategy, timeframe with growth and identifying stakeholders that changes the whole economic market. This deeper discussion about these topics creates an impression on Entrepreneurships, digital marketing as well as megatrends of our society globally.
