The study will investigate the factors influencing people to adopt high-end technology inside their homes. The study will further elaborate on the aims for conducting such a study giving a detailed explanation of the objectives that the study wishes to achieve. This will help give the study a direction so that it can maintain its course of research properly. Moreover, the study will also critically analyse the existing literature to find out the positive and negative aspects of the application coupled with change that is taking place in the lifestyle of people. The analysis of several journal pacers will effectively understand the concept and its rising importance in the present time.
Furthermore, it will also help accumulate relevant facts, which will help make the study more reliable and factual. The critical approach will be taken while reviewing the existing literature to evaluate all the facts appropriately. The study will further include an elaborated methodology framing the study properly. Moreover, the methodology will further be supported with a relevant justification to explain the relevance of such an approach. Finally, a summarization of the whole study will be listed at the end of the study.

Aims: The study aims to make homeowners aware of the advantages of the comfort and convenience of high-end technology in making peoples’ lives easier by making the activities cost-effective and less time-consuming.

- To research the“security, safety, and savings” provided by the smart devices in helping the homes with the facilities of “better climate controlling, smart locks, and other sustainable features”.
3. Literature review

Energy efficiency and convenience
Based on the context of the above-objectified table, the researcher has specifically produced the essence of comfort as well as convenience by means of benefits driving from the smart homes installation appliances. Based on the opinion of Geeng and Roesner, (2019), it has been objectified that the essence of smart devices as well as platforms are idealized with Amazon, Google Home that are increasingly becoming ubiquitous. It has been noticed from the above figure that the smart devices allow the users to access the facet of convenience where the user has been objectified with effective home automation at finger tips. However, the involvement of the above figure has assisted the researcher to showcase that the users under home automation systems will not need to trust their neighbors for monitoring home in absence where smart home installations devices deal with the situations effectively by means of smart convenient control (sensi.emerson.com, 2022).
Comfort and security
Moreover, a facet of comfort has been easily noticed in this research which allows the users to experience a comfortable temperature by means of a smart thermostat. Installation of this device in a home is specifically designed and manufactured with classic voice control operations which assist the device to adjust the temperature level with a mobile application according to the convenience and comfort of a user (sensi.emerson.com, 2022). According to the above figure, it has been noticed that the involvement of classic devices of smart home installation has been idealized to be advantageous for the users in experiencing effective door lock security with an objectification of an automated product.

5. Conclusions
This is a research which will idealize the strategic and beneficial concept of smart home installation and its devices in the modern era. The research has specifically focused its overview with an illustration of activities presented in the Gantt chart. Channelization of the specific activities of this research has showcased the benefits of using smart home installation devices along with its energy saving system and intelligent climate control facilities. However, the research has also showcased the proposed research methodology where the idealization of secondary data sources will be objectified by the researcher. Moreover, an involvement of a specific timeline has been produced in order to conceptualize the number of days required for the competition of smart home installation research.
The study shows the rising number of smart home installations is attributed to the changing perspective among individuals coiled with their rising concerns regarding health and the environment. Moreover, the study also shows a critical analysis of the existing factors influencing the decision of individuals in adopting such high-end technology.
