Introduction
The continuing professional development plan is a learning framework where the learning becomes conscious and professional rather than reactive. It focuses on individual improvement in a professional career (Manley et. al. 2018). This report is a professional development plan showing the gaps of the required skill for achieving the capstone project and future managerial goals. The self-audit, reflective model, and SMART action plan for short-term and long-term achievements will be implemented here to enhance the chance for employability in the future.
Background
Refer to Appendix A and the digital competency test (Appendix B) to identify the research and digital skill I possess from the professional course related to creativity, enterprise, and innovation. The reflection will include the model of Gibb’s analysing the learning events and explaining about work performed that will act as evidence for the professional development skill I acquired.
Gibb’s reflective cycle
Description
Week 1: The first event was the learning of the creativity, innovation and the importance of the enterprise to implement these skills were basic knowledge I obtained from the first session.
Feeling
Week 1: I felt very confused as the creativity, innovation was directly focused on digital advancement and social importance for influencing the style of creativity in entrepreneurship (Van den Berg, 2020). I however have been able to enhance my learning in enterprise managerial skills and the communication importance with class sessions to communicate with various group members.
Evaluation
Week 1: I have nervous feelings and I panicked to learn new things suddenly and I hesitate to communicate with group members. But the good feeling was I learned the importance of entrepreneurial skills to influence people for solving problems.
Analysis and conclusion
Week 1: The insecurity among groups went off after the learning of entrepreneurial importance in enhancing creativity. The innovation process related to technology was also some learning I acquired (Kane, 2019). However, the communication among groups was awkward as the communication process was not taught at this session.
Action Plan
Week 1: SMART plan to increase my communication among groups must be initiated. The target must be for a 1-year communication course to enhance enterprise management efficiency.
Description
Week 2: The seminar was conducted related to the entrepreneurial mindset and technology importance were taught in this session. The data retention process for analysing the problems were some basic skills I was taught for digital competency improvement with the help of entrepreneurial mindset topics discussion.
Feelings
Week 2: The technology and digital skills importance were taught in this session as part of the entrepreneurial mindset to solve problems in the new digital era (Sambell et. al. 2020). The feeling for learning about digital importance was very good and I have a mixed feeling as the change in creativity and innovation to technology has been a challenging task for me.
Evaluation
Week 2: The good situation was my new learning on solving problems with digital up-gradation (Thu, 2020). Also, entrepreneurial mindset to creativity has provided me the confidence to learn digital tools more deliberately to cope with the new business world as an innovator.
Analysis
Week 2: The analysis has shown that I have improved my ability to understand the technology and solve the problem with the help of digital tools as part of an entrepreneurial mindset.
Action Plan
Week 2: The Action plan must be to target 3 months of course related to utilisation of digital tools for information retention for increasing the creativity level in terms of technology as a new entrepreneurial skill.
Description
Week 3: The business model canvas shows how to analyse the key problems, target customer, value proposition relationship management, cost structure, social and environmental benefits (Smith, 2018). This seminar was taught to me and teams were allotted to conduct a presentation regarding various digital technology advancements business firms utilise.
Feeling
Week 3: This model learning was very confusing as the projects were allotted to analyse the key aspects. The teamwork was difficult and research methodology implementation was confusing to research the topic areas from digital platforms.
Evaluation
Week 3: This session has provided me with an understanding of research and social awareness of technology, digital search. This event was very successful for me that has taught me about research and digital search steps for better information retention (Sailin and Mahmor, 2018). However, the teamwork and research methodology selection process lacked behind.
Analysis
Week 3: The teamwork management was tough and conflicts were major issues alongside the selection of research methodology to conduct research work on digital changes.
Action Plan
Week 3: The action plan must be a course for research development and teamwork management development for at least 1 year for effective area improvements to be a successful entrepreneur.

Description
Week 4 and week 5: These two weeks were related to the power of pitching with the importance of communication as an entrepreneur (Hale, 2018). The guest speaker also provided us with practice sessions for better pitching capabilities to influence people.
Feelings
Week 4 and 5: The communication session has helped me to solve the problem faced in the first session. The process helped me to collaborate better managerial outcomes in the future.
Evaluation
Week 4 and 5: The group seminar and guest lecture have helped to enhance my level of confidence in pitching and communication to solve problems.
Analysis
Week 4 and 5: The analysis says the pitching and communication process will help to improve my ability to bring more collaboration in work for better creativity.
Action Plan
Week 4 and 5: The seminar creating various situations and pitching tactics must be provided to the participants for practical awareness (Brantley-Dias et. al. 2021). The target must be for 1 year with weekly seminars.
Description
Week 7: The technology innovation and various creativity in technology, after pandemic changes in technology, the process of innovation was major learning provided in this session.
Feelings
Week 7: The feeling was very positive as the innovation process was clearly taught and the changing need of technology as part of innovation was understood (Reisoğlu, 2021). I was provided the task of digital topics in the group which was very effective for innovation in technology.
Evaluation
Week 7: The research related to the topics of digital innovation has been a good experience I have retained. The development of statistical tools increased with digital research topics for innovation ideas.
Analysis and conclusion
Week 7: The innovation session has been effective and requires more awareness with research work for better technology-changing ideas to enhance digital knowledge.
Action Plan
Week 7: The action plan must be to allow 6 months of research report topics in the team and learn the technology-changing strategy for better innovativeness.
Description
Week 8: The digital competency of the ability to search for information on the internet, collaboration, media to retain the information, safety protocols, the digital exploration were taught in this session.
Feeling
Week 8: The feeling of learning digital competencies in the area of research, data retention, safety protocols, critical analysis were some skills that have been taught in the session (Chang and Windeatt, 2021). I was very privileged to learn about digital tools for better creativity and

Week 8: The good achievements were my ability to learn digital tools and data-driven tactics. But the limitation to safety protocols while retaining data and privacy security while doing research on personal information were some key areas I did not learn effectively in this session.
Analysis and conclusion
Week 8: The analysis is to improve the area of safety competencies digitally while doing research for ensuring the safety of the personal data collection process.
Action Plan
Week 8: The action plan is to implement a course for 1.5 years to learn digital tools for long-term business growth.
From the above reflection and self-audit of research and digital competencies, it is clear that I need an action plan for improving my required skills to achieve capstone project success and also career development as an enterprise manager.

Thus, from the above reflection and self-audit, it is clear that I had some gaps related to a research analysis in a digital platform, research methodology, teamwork, digital safety, and privacy skills. These skills were allotted in two different action plans to continuously increase the professional development of areas to improve research and entrepreneurial skill in the digital world. The above action plan enables us to bring short-term and long-term achievements as per the requirements.
