In this essay, the reflection written on using the Rolfe Reflective model states the events that recalled and recaptured new experiences for better development. In this essay, the matter presented through an online test and the tutor’s reviews is for better improvement.  Thus, applying this model in this present online test helps get results based on three questions as to what? So What? And Now What? (Rolfe Reflective Model, 2021)The online test carries various presumption and reviews for particular aspects such as temperament, personality insight-Big 5, personal Resilience, assertiveness and Sound Decision making.

By applying the Rolfe reflection model in this essay, I think that I can examine my integrity through the first reflection stage as it is of

The ‘what’ aspects are determined, which means the role of mine in the developing situation.Regarding the online test of assertiveness, I find that my results are low, but it is considered one of the most scoring subjects. Assertiveness diversified into three parts such as assertive, passive and aggressive. In the case of assertive, my role is to calm and understand the situation before interpreting anything to anyone (Boldtet.al. 2017). In passive, my role is to be stand up for myself instead of waiting for someone else to give an opinion on my behalf. In aggressive, my role is not to use any abusive words and listen to someone else before giving an idea.

In the context of the Personal Resilience online test, the scores are high as the teacher feels that Iam self-confident in taking my own decision. I am also familiar with the limitationand things I can handle in a better way (Chen et.al. 2017). I am trying to achieve self-confidence, but results stated that some things need to focus on, such as being a problem solver, working for others, enhancing my support networks, and always ready to work with others.

In Personality Insight, I scored the mid-range, which means that many good things occur and many changes are to undertake, such as I had to manage the work and the time set for completing the task (Dressler et.al. 2018). Thus, I carried the role that I had to maintain a balance between the team and working individually. Therefore, I had to be more comfortable with others to share new ideas and opinions quickly.

Under Sound Decision-making, the test score is 74, which requires more consistent work and thus, in this, the role I carry is to expand the sources of information that bring changesin the working in the right manner (Farrell, 2018). I also had to mitigate my team members and share the issues with them. Regarding assigning the task to others, I must assure that the information gathered is useful and correct, and team members understand the work.

My role in this test is to plan and prioritize the task before assigning the job to others in temperaments (Fontaine, 2018). It results in bringing new ideas into the business and retaining the team’s interest long. In this, the marks distributed by keeping four-point such as extraversion, sensing, Thinking and Judging.

In Self-awareness, My role is to take care of mine and also had to examine the impact of decision before disclosing any of the information to anyone.

In Self-management, I had to control my emotions and aggressive before talking with anyone. I also had to maintain transparency regarding disclosing all the information which is useful to retain the interest of people.

In Social awareness, my role is to understand the customer needs before undertaking any decision which is beneficial for customers (Jiang and Johnson, 2018).

In the Relationship management, my role is to guide and provide feedback of the work accomplished. It results in building long term relationship with others.

This ‘So What?’ concept determine the matter, such as what it teaches me or what is going on in my mind when facing a situation. The Assertiveness test, it leads me that I had to self-assured instead of presenting my opinion through aggression (Jiang and Johnson, 2018). It also teaches that the assertive person must explain their points in a very confident manner, and people listen to them without raising any query (Twigg and Yates, 2019).

The Personal Resilience test teaches me that I had to understand every situation’s pros and cons before interpreting my opinion to others.  Self-confident is a good thing, but I know that going in any interview without any Knowledge of ideas results in bulling my life in some backwards experiences (Knapp et.al. 2017). Thus, during the test, I feel that I am aware of every aspect, reflecting my overconfidence.

In the Personal Insight test, I feel that good work only examines if the position achieved in coordination with the team. Through my hard work and dedication, I think that I accomplish the task, but later I realized that I could only achieve through team efforts (Kocielnik et.al.2018). I realized that nothing could achieve if I put myself as the centre of attraction. But during that time, I think of motivating other but not familiar with the person thoughts.

In the Sound Decision-making test, various things ran in my mind as I had to score good marks on this test. But few things teach me, such as I not profoundly understand and interpret the information; instead, I present the data without the facts and figure (Krutka and Carpenter, 2017). I also find that some information is not easily understood, and for others, they crack it very quickly. I examined that is I target to win from other and defeat other or betray them, it only affects my personal image.

In the temperament test, I neglect the factors that influence me to achieve the task. Still, it also teaches me that before taking another suggestion, it is necessary to examine the consequences that happen if it applies (Lundgren et.al. 2017). Thus, Planning is essential before initiating any task or dealing in any activities. In this test, I feel that I am lack in carrying the adequate planning and thus results in not feeling equivalent in comparison to others.

In Self-awareness, various things are running in my mind such as the wrong impact of decision or fear in initiating any action or safety issues.

In Self-management, I was confused that whether things will work in the right direction or not. I also felt fear sometimes that I can’t have the emotional breakdown in front of my team members.

Social awareness indicated that every customer not give right opinion on something and thus to depend upon their suggestion bring lot of conflict in my life. Thus, it teaches me to listen to other but choose by ourselves the right things (Fontaine, 2018).

In Relationship management, it always results in fear that every person not take the feedback in positive manner, thus they not harm themselves by listing to negative reviews.

In this stage, ‘Now what?’ is determined, which stipulates the action undertaken to make things better. In the Assertiveness test, I find that things will not be better in the future if there is aggressiveness in the conversation (Mckenna, 2019). Instead of winning the argument, I also realized that I need to focus on resolving the queries by giving proper suggestion (Slade et.al. 2019).

In the Personal Resilience test, I had to research more about the facts and figure before presenting my opinion to others. There is no boundation or queries regarding the matters that I explained to them. I also had to work on myself, such as building personality development and even communicating and presenting the opinion to others (Milne, 2020).

In the Personal Insight test, I had to manage my time effectively by working on it, and this can be undertaken by carrying the day to day planning schedule. I also find that if I am attending any interview, I learned new things such as recent changes in the country or interacting with colleagues to know how to crack the interview (Ribeiro et.al. 2020). The changes that I realized to make are that I have to be more talkative with my teammates to learn new things (Sheffield et.al. 2018).

In the Sound Decision-making test, I feel that instead of making other people think, the false start motivates them to express their thoughts and ideas with me. It helps in building their confidence and also create a strong relationship with them (Rolfe, 2019). Sharing the opinion with others requires a lot of knowledge and understanding; thus, instead of giving the idea on something, it is necessary to examine the situation and respect others’ opinions.

In temperament test, the outcome from results that I think is to maintain is patience when someone presents their opinion on a particular point and can’t entirely agree with that point (Roznowski et.al. 2020).  If I were setting any target, I had to put some deadline and shape my work to accomplish within that specified period.

In Self-awareness, I think that I always had to discuss the things with my close friends or family members. In Self-management, I had to attend some training session regarding managing the personal and professional life in better way. I also think that I had to start making the To Do List which helps in sorting my planning in right manner.

In Social awareness concept, I decided to conduct the research and read the article in which the various opinion are given by various authors on particular point (Farrell, 2018).

In Relationship management, I had to enhance my listening and communication skills, so that I can share any information with my senior easily and also learn good things from them.

This essay concluded that keeping calm and handling the matter in the right manner helps build personal skills. It also examined that instead of threatening others’ opinion, it allows them to motivate and discuss their views on particular points. In this, the Rolfe reflective model used in various situations is a face in the online test and its action.
