Several advanced technologies are there that provide several opportunities and advantages to the organisational team. These advanced technologies help them to maintain their organisational business process and provide effective customer service to get the trust of those customers in their business process.

The healthcare sector also uses this technical support which improves their business process and boosts the performance of their employees. There are AI technology, Block chain technology, IoT, human robots and big data analysis technology (Dwivedi et al. 2021). These technologies have their own usage and implementation process which help in the business development process. These technologies assure people about the safety of their lives and it provides consistency with their service. People have preferred these technologies more as it has less chance of having issues and complications. The human robots are able to look after the patients and note everything to provide proper information to the doctors. The health care organisations are able to get the necessary medicines injection and other vaccines through the proper supply chain management process. According to Fagroud et al. (2021), the management teams are using IoT and Block chain technology in this SCM process also maintain proper relations with their suppliers.
On the other hand, the usage of AI technology provides the advantages to make effective decisions and develop effective planning procedures to improve their business infrastructure. This technology also helps them to identify the errors in their planning process and the AI technology provides customer support regarding the organisation (Dwivedi et al. 2021). This also helps to look after the feedback of their customers It improves their brand image and through proper customer, they are able to increase their customer percentage. Moreover, big data analysis helps healthcare companies to get information about their rival companies (Benzidia et al. 2021). It provides the information about their organisational products the travelling fares which help them to maintain their company effectively and increase their annual profit percentage. However, some of the organisations face issues as they are unable to implement these technologies because of the economic issue and they do not have the proper technical team to handle those technologies for their business development process.
