The agreement helps to improve the importance of the company and an ongoing relationship grows in accordance with the effectiveness of the IFA in relation to any matter. The agreement specifies the importance of the global standards in order to regulate the facilities of the company. Conceptual structure for Shareholder Value Theory (SVT)
The earliest proponent of the shareholder theory is the Nobel laureate Milton Friedman. As per the viewpoint of the authors, there is only one social responsibility of business, which deals with the maximization of the use of the resources to increase the profitability of the organization (Carrolland Brown, 2018). In addition to this, the author has illustrated the point by saying that the social responsibility of the organization must engage in the activities in order to enhance its profit to sustain the competitiveness of the global context.

However, the corporate social responsibility and the international framework agreement have been found to be overlapped in the contextual environment of the trade unions.
