Introduction

In this report, the Associated British Foods will be taken to understand the business development and the way the progress of the business has helped in better development in a much better manner by understanding the effective business development in a most effective manner.
Task 1: The case for the Change
Background of the organisation
Associated British Foods is a well-known company which tries to provide food and essential ingredients that provides safe, nutritious and affordable food to the customers on time by better profit management in the most effective way. Moreover, the organisational management has provided the company to earn liable revenue of about 13.9 billion Euros which helped in allowing a profit development of about 808 million Euros by managing effective sustainable growth development for the company to flourish well (Abf.co.uk. 2022).
The company comprises 128,000 employees and it operates in about 53 countries which have provided the company to flourish well in the global market and have allowed the company to establish effective market management quite well.
Digital transformation of the company
The digital transformation of the company has to be managed well as the company provides effective management by developing effective Supply Chain Management for the company to grow and establish itself well in the market. The company has made effective collaboration with various other companies for better digital innovation through better communication development with the help of effective social media marketing development.
The company tries to look after the e-commerce management by developing effective organic flours and other whole grain snacks which allows the organisation to progress well.
Objectives of the digital transformation
The objectives of digital transformation are:

Hyper Awareness may be stated as an organisation’s ability required in the detection and monitoring of the changes in the business transformation process to be successful in the long run. In the Covid-19 Pandemic, there has been a shift in the preferences of the target audience of Associated British Foods inclining over online shopping experience and also towards hygiene-maintained product packing.
The initiative that needs to be taken by the company is to ensure the packaging of the food products is maintained starting from the sources to the handling and transport and maintaining the personal hygiene of the employees. The company may be beneficial in including the hyper-awareness component of the Business Agility model in the operational structure of the company by bringing good hygienic practices to meet the changing needs of the business environment (Jemala, 2022).
The company has to include the digital technology of the Internet of Things (IoT) in the food Supply Chain Management (SCM) system of the organisation, which may allow the consumers in keeping track of the supply chain and motoring sanitation.
The change in the business environment and the monitoring of the changes in consumer behaviour through the component of hyper-awareness may have helped the organisation in understanding the need for smart packaging to be included to increase sales value. The digitised strategy that may be utilised by the company in influencing the food packaging solutions to be induced with the use of the digital technology of IoT may help in boosting the process of digital transformation in meeting the needs of the changing business environment (Damoska and Erceg, 2022).
The notion of hyper-awareness based on the Model may also be enhanced by Associated British Foods by gaining extensive information through external sources such as partners, competitors and importantly consumers.
Informed Decision
Informed decisions may be involved in the process of transforming the workforce to enable their capabilities to adapt to the changes involved in digital disruption and accept the digital transformation procedure. The company has to include the use of Augmented Reality (AR) digital technology in taking the initiative of installing a Risk management system in the organisation.
The use of the component of the informed decision based on the model may benefit the company in shaping the company’s future and also help the employees to take smaller decisions for the betterment of the company. Additionally, it may be stated that the informed decision component based on the model may provide both the employees and the executives taking the best decision towards boosting the idea of digital transformation with the help of real-time data (Dossou et al., 2022).
The use of AR in the implementation of the Risk management system in the company may help the employees in engaging more in work and gain a visual process to assess the risks that may be faced by the company, in the long run, to be better prepared.
Furthermore, the use of AR in the development of the Risk management system in the organisation may also help the employee structures to gain a better understanding of the possible solutions. This action has the benefit to mitigate risks and increase engagement among the workforce to bring digital transformation and adapt to the changes (Schlenger et al., 2022).
The company has to utilise the digital technology of AR in developing training programs for the workforce consistently to help in gaining the training to assess the risks associated with the food retail sector.

In any given organisation, the workforce plays a crucial role in ensuring the execution provided by the company is maintained through excellence and speed. The fast execution of the organisation may be dependent upon two critical areas including processes and resources, these two areas may help the company in gaining the strength to execute the products and services quickly to the target audience.
In the process of the digital transition, Associated British Foods needs to utilise the digital technology of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in taking the initiative of developing automated resource management which may be utilised to execute the products fast to the stakeholders in the global market. The use of AI may provide the company with robots that may be useful to help in inventory management and reduce the pressure of manual labour in making the process quick and executing the service quickly and efficiently (Kumar et al., 2021).

The utilisation of AI-powered projects and the resource management system in the organisation may lead to driving business performance and making the process of digital transformation quick. Moreover, the use of the technology of AI in the initiative of implementing a Resource management system in the company may ensure smart planning and efficient warehouse management.
This action may lead Associated British Foods to fast execution of the required products based on the consumer preferences and desires in the given global market. AI including resource management also may result in increasing the company’s efficiency along with productivity which may be boosted by the enhanced capability of resource utilisation and execution fast to the audience based on the Business Agility Model.
Task 3: Creating a Digital ready Culture
Placing customers in front
The digital ready culture allows for managing the customers of the company by understanding the needs and demands of the customers in a most effective manner by understanding the customers’ behavioural management in a much more effective manner. The customers are a high priority to the company as the company’s development depends on the management of the customers in the most effective manner which helps the company to progress well and attract customers from the market.
Effective innovation and better management has helped the organisation to manage the culture of the company well by making effective profitable growth which helps in understanding the services of the organisation in a much more effective manner (Westerman et al., 2019).
Managing collaborative culture
The effective management of the collaborative culture by supervising essential teams building effective bonds among the employees and working according to the feedback as provided by the organisation effectively. Additionally, effective data management and better policy development have provided the organisation to flourish well in organisational management and in better growth in the planning of the company to establish itself well (Martone and Nakamura, 2022).
The company has to manage collaborative departments for making better quality products and in reaching the customers at the desired time which aids in managing effective growth of the company through the help of digital transformation.

The implementation of the ideas of the organisation has allowed the company to make calculative gains by managing the risks of the company in the most effective way through the help of effective innovation in the organisation. Task 4: Effective collaboration
Introduction of a new role within the organisation
The Chief Collaboration Officer (CCO) helps in managing the organisation which has provided the organisation to collaborate with various administration and business planning and development which helps in managing the program for better business development quite well. In addition to that, the introduction of the role of CCO has certain roles and responsibilities towards the working of the company such as project management, business management and various program planning and development.
Digital management has been quite well understood by better digital transformation development which has provided effective skill development and effective competency management through effective role development of the employees working within the organisation (Singh and Hess, 2020).
Recommendations for the CCO to increase collaboration
The CCO has to understand the employees and engage the employees according to the capabilities the employees have and the way the employees handle the situation in an effective way. Moreover, with the help of a democratic leadership style, the leaders of the organisation may become well aware of the organisational development that allows the organisation to understand the digital transformation and flourish in the competitive market in a much more effective manner.
Digital transformative change management has affected effective challenges development by managing effective growth opportunities on managing effective skills development for effective technological growth (Kazim, 2019). The Goleman leadership style theory has helped in managing and understanding the development of the digital transformation for the better performance of the organisation by engaging the employees to work well through the help of democratic leadership in a better manner.
Digital transformational growth has provided in enabling transformative development for effective sustainable development and effective innovation supervision for better digital administration (Schiuma et al., 2021). Therefore, understanding the organisational governance has to be managed well through the help of digital transformation by effective democratic leadership supervision.

Recommendation to the organisation for effective approaches and techniques developed through the help of Grow model
The Grow model has been quite helpful for organisational development in managing the desired approaches and techniques management which allows the organisation to progress well by understating the goals of the organisation in a much more effective manner. Additionally, the organisation has to manage the feedback provided by the customers and has to improve the quality of the products the food as Associated British Foods is a retail company which has to manage the food supplies and manage the customers in a much better manner.
The organisational structure management has to be well managed by the company by understanding the reason for the digital transformation and by helping in managing the organisational development in a much better way (Verhoef et al., 2021). On understanding the goals, the actions have to be conducted by the organisation accordingly and manage the essential options which may provide the organisation to make a positive impact through AI technological development.
Effective digital transformation has provided in managing the working of the organisation for effective governance of the organisation by managing innovation and flexibility (Živković, 2022).
Conclusion
It may be concluded that the effective development of Associated British Foods by better development of the organisation by managing effective digital transformation through the help of effective business agility by managing effective AI and IoT for better performance of the company. Effective digital cultural management by understanding the customers for effective innovation helps in better collaboration management through the help of leadership.

From task 1, it may be understood that while understanding the background of Associated British Foods I have gathered that effective digital transformation in managing the company in a much more effective way. I too have understood that developing e-commerce management has provided a better understanding of the product and in developing effective product management in a much better manner for the organisation to flourish well.
Therefore, understanding digital transformational management has provided in managing the objectives of the company which has helped the company to progress in a much better way.
From task 2, I have gathered that effective digital development has helped in managing an effective business agility model by monitoring each and every step by the organisation which has provided a better understanding of better business development for the company quite well. The implementation of effective business development by incorporating better technological innovation through AI and IoT has provided the organisation to flourish well in the market and has provided the organisation to grow in the competitive market.
Thus, I have managed to understand that AR has been quite helpful in engaging the employees with effective risk management by managing and developing the organisation in a much better manner.
From task 3, I have understood that effective digital cultural management has been highly essential for the company to progress well within the market which has provided the company to progress well in the market. I also have understood that innovative cultural management and effective development of the organisation have provided the organisation to grow well through technological development by understanding the innovation in a much better way.
Digital development had helped in managing the organisation to flourish well by understanding effective innovation and better digital development for better profit administration of the organisation quite well.
From task 4, I have gathered that the help of effective collaboration and administration and the introduction of the CCO within the company has provided the company to flourish well by managing the needs and demands of the customers in the most effective manner.
However, the effective roles and responsibilities of the organisation have to be managed well with the increase in collaboration and in better managing of the organisational growth which provides the organisation to progress in an effective way. The working of the organisation has gathered the organisation to collaborate well which I think is highly essential for the efficient growth of the company to manage the company in a better way.
From task 5, I have understood that with the help of Goleman’s leadership style which has provided the organisation to flourish well in the competitive market and has helped the organisation to flourish in a much better way. I too believe that the essential recommendation for better approach and techniques development has provided the organisation to manage effective technological development which helps the organisation to flourish well.
The growth of the company I believe has been managed well by innovative technological management by effective flexibility development in a much more effective manner.
