One has to meditate on the skill for personal effectiveness as the core is identified with good working capability and the working enhancement so that it may be delivered as the targeted core (Misra and Srivastava, 2018). In this report, the skills and behaviour of Mark Zuckerberg, the founder of Facebook will be evaluated in tasks 1 and tasks 2 and 3, Honey and Mumford test will be surmised for discussing the individuals’ learning styles. Being a leader, it is essential to maintain the balance of personal effectiveness so that an impassioned heart and focus never get into each other and asides separately (John and Speake, 2018).
Task 1: Review of case study
1) Identification of the behaviour or skill
Skills of Mark Zuckerberg identified
The skills of Mark Zuckerberg the founder of Facebook and now Meta have been analysed to be found out that the person has diligence of being a hard and passionate worker. Apart from that, Mark Zuckerberg had been identified to possess the cognitive ability to be a critical; analyst, something which is required to run the company of a wide social network. A brief literature article on critical thinking has been published in recent times which is more centred on skill development by briefing that critical thing as a course needs to be introduced among students (Alsaleh, 2020). It has been further recommended that critical thinking has been the skill that is developed for technological upliftment, and most of it is caused by innovation in the people (Alsaleh, 2020). Being ruthless in solving daily life issues had been identified to be a skill of Mark Zuckerberg especially, as there had been a competition with Estavez and the Winklevoss brothers, where Mark Zuckerberg had been winning the competition with the ability to take over Snapchat. The rivalry of both of these social media platforms has been documented in the research studies, is Facebook being the comedy of Mark Zuckerberg, had laid out an effective competition by ranking 27th position leaving Snapchat behind (Bjursten et al., 2017).
The behaviour of Mark Zuckerberg identified
The behaviour of Mark Zuckerberg that may be laid out to be effective is leading a team in a manner that maximises the job satisfaction of the employees. On a specific note, this has been derived from the given case saying that Mark Zuckerberg had been important to almost all of the employees in an equanimous way that has made the respect culture be increased in woke culture.
2) Application of the skill and behaviour identified by Mark Zuckerberg
The talented personnel has the behaviour of passing over the voices and the sentences that have been used against him hence it gave him the chance of scoring Mark Zuckerberg in the number one position. Mark Zuckerberg always put the potential in their creative work and hence took to the world’s leading among who made Facebook possible. Mark Zuckerberg took the courage to push for the work which has put all their dedication into and sounds tremendous as became known for being the most popularised brand. The time management that has been used by the talented artist never let’s do the work that was thought to complete within the allotted time and is the face of many innovative technical inventions and advancements. From one study it may be noted that the talented artist has proposed the motivation so that the drive may be achieved from the intention and justification (Caroline et al., 2021). Mark Zuckerberg always has proved to be a genius in calmly composing the visions and developing the criteria along with a definite strategic plan so that it may lead towards the success that gave the robust consequence.
The personal Brand dimension framework has been taken into consideration, hence the character of Mark Zuckerberg is passionate, and has the cognitive behaviour which takes it to the next level with all the effectiveness and ability to succeed. Personal Brand Dimension is the work which is based on the genuineness, exhilaration, capability, worldliness, and strength which are combined in a single dimension to give an effective throw of creativity. Mark Zuckerberg has all the qualities for the advancement of the company and has a piece of excellent knowledge of the technical and strategic fields. 3) Advantage of skill or behaviour
The advantage of the behaviour of Mark Zuckerberg may be defined as the retention of the employee for respecting and designation each of the employees a particular position in the company for Facebook, which increases job satisfaction. It has been laid out by the research study that the workplace has better respect for the employee, and the resource in retaining in the workplace increase and creates better workplace retention (LaGree, 2021). Moreover, the advantage of the skill of being a hard worker is to uplift the economic progress of the company and create a driven system of actual progress.
4) Limitations of skill or behaviour
The limitation of the skill of being a hard worker has the phase of experiencing burnout or suffering in the workplace due to being a perfectionist, and not being able to meet deadlines. Moreover, the behaviour of respecting each employee too much cannot lose the director’s attitude and lose control and give employees too much democracy. It thus may be said that the autonomy of the employees increases as research studies find out, that the decentralisation system vested, creates an issue of responsibility among employees (van Triest and Williams, 2022).
Task 2: Evaluation of learning style
1) Identification of learning style by Honey and Mumford test
I have applied for the test of Honey and Mumford and I have found that the score of my being a theorist is higher than most of the other scores. I have further found that my score being a reflector has been higher in me, which assures me that I am a person having more theoretical concepts and a focus on critical reflection. It has been further substantiated by the research studies that the learning style of being a theorist is the basis of distinction in the learning style as per the research studies (Yousef, 2018). I have further found that the reflector learning style in me has the characteristics of elaborating or the explanation of situations, with self-analysis on a constant note (Ratnaningsih and Hidayat, 2020).
2) Identification of two major learning styles with an explanation of the strengths and limitations
Learning styles | Strengths | Limitations |
1. The theorist learning style is most strong in me, which implies that I intend to find and analyse the different circumstances according to the theoretical model | 1. The strengths of the theorist learning style are to create a model of analysis, that may identify the entire work pattern or analyse any complex situations with a step-by-step model application
2. A strength of theorist learning style is being practical, which I have found to be required in the modern-day world |
1. I find having a theorist learning style has the limitation of not being applicable universally
2. On account the theorist learning style is a tool that relies too much on theoretical assessment, I find it quite burdensome to always analyse intuitive emotions of humans through models |
2. I find my ranking higher in reflector learning style higher than other learning styles and I thus have the trait of observing and knowing my weaknesses better | 1. The reflector learning style has the advantage of being high ranking in value addition and thus has a better motivation for knowing the work (Yunita and Tambunan, 2021)
2. I find that the reflector learning style has the advantage of thinking and deciding on the possible outcomes before any task is approached (Ahmadaliev et al., 2018) |
1. I find that the limitation of the reflector learning style is procrastination too much and thus not taking feasible actions, which is much time consuming
2. I find the limitation of the reflector learning style is a learning style that relies too much on personal effectiveness and is not suitable for teamwork collaboration |

Examples of personal cases for finding out the suitability of the learning style
The example of the personal learning style is being evaluated by me, as the past situation in my life has been indicating that I have the learning style of being a theorist. I had worked with a well-known Multinational Corporation (MNC) and my operating system had been the major focus in my career as an assistant salesperson, where I have found myself creating more charts and diagrams designed for a simple logistics inflow. In this regard, I may say that the learning style of a theorist from my personal experience was the sole determinant of my creating models and taking the example of theoretical models to route and direct any goods inflow. Furthermore, I may say that I have a reflector learning style to be dominant within me, where I had been in charge of the account of a cafe, and I found that I have spent much time contemplating my work ethics.
Task 3: Comparison of the methods of improvement of skills
1) Identification of two methods best suited for the improvement of skills
I have found that as an assistant salesperson, I have the skill of effective communication and persuading the clients, although it needs better focus and better reliance on me. I lack self-confidence and I have a poor expression style, which I need to improve. The research study has concluded that the communication pattern of the assistant manager in the place of operation has impacted employee performance, where 84% of the employees have criticised the lower communication style of managers (Everson, 2022). The first method for improvement in communication is to interact more with people in the workplace and create a better working atmosphere for higher workplace engagement. Communication in the workplace may be improved thus by the method of increasing the interaction, boosting the score of mixing well with the employees and creating a self-sufficient score of higher employee psychology understanding, putting in the right mix of empathy and knowledge.
Moreover, I have found that my being in charge of accounts management of the cafe, I need to increase my skill in time management which I seriously lacked, and I need to adopt the method of putting myself to apply the model of the Time Management Matrix of Eisenhower. It has been found by the research studies that the time management matrix has been one of the most important tools to effect the constant interaction in the social media channels, which proves that Eisenhower is needed for further study (Khedmatinejad and Asadi, 2021). The time management method thus is to find out the most important preference in the workplace and order the preferences in a way that may improve the entire work curriculum better. This further implies that workplace management is facilitated by the measurement of the time in the order of priority, which may aid me in progress by cutting down on the excess time spent in unproductive activities.
2) Identification of the similarities and differences between the chosen two methods
Methods identified | Similarities | Differences |
Method of better communication at the workplace
vs
Method of time management by prioritising the most urgent task |
1. The first similarity to communicate at the workplace and managing time is to prefer the communication that is most important and needs to be done first | 1. The first difference is that communication in the workplace depends on personal nature, while time management is not a characteristic. Time management by prioritising method is thus different from the communication method by managing the self and developing skills |
2. The second similarity is to communicate with the associates to not affect the schedule of working, where both the methods focus on efficient productivity gaining | 2. The second difference is to manage the time by understanding that the communication method has a different model application that is different from the time management model. The time management model involves the self while the communication model involves the sender and the receptor |

3) Effectively of the chosen method assessed
The method of printing the most important task will be an efficient method according to me to increase the effectiveness, and thus let me achieve the needed time matrix to be developed. I have found that I have been the person that has the issue of not communicating because of time issues, and thus I may prioritise the most important tasks first and get on better with the flow of the work.
Conclusion
From the above report, the conclusion has been extracted that the efficient work of Mark Zuckerberg has made the step toward the development of technology along with self-innovation. Mark Zuckerberg has syllable divided the seclusion in the work which has an immense effect on the contribution and has helped the people in contribution (Hoffmann et al., 2018). Mark Zuckerberg has the ability to donate charity towards the work that helps the public offlet by achieving all the necessary quotient that helps in the progress. There are many challenges that are faced by the employees in the workplace hence are solved with the referred retention and conclusion. From task 2, it has been summarised that the Honey and Mumford test has played an essential role to understand the individual’s best learning styles which an individual may utilise for learning purposes. Apart from task 3, for improving communication and time management, the appropriate ways of learning have been derived that aids an individual to progress in a future professional career.
