1. Introduction
A personal development plan has been created to assess the strengths and the weakness in order to develop an appropriate strategy to achieve individual goals. The action plan has been strategised to form a proper timeline for each course of action in order to enhance the skills of the individual. The areas which require a certain degree of modification has been inspected closely to formulate actions that can assist in improving the overall performance of the individual and help in achieving various objectives.

Ayesha Zaman has achieved a wide array of achievements in sports. The sports such as handball, football, hockey, crickets and experience in various sports have given the individual a clear perspective regarding the sports industry. The individual has also given coaching classes in Para-cycling and floor ball. In 2019, the individual was given the responsibility to train the trainers of Floor ball who came from Singapore and the event was conducted by the “Special Olympics Asia Pacific”. The individual taken high-level coaching classes regarding Para-cycling which was arranged by the “Union Cyclist International”. The individual had scored 99% marks and gained the 2nd position globally. The individual was invited to the Para Olympic Tokyo in 2020. The supervisor position in various hockey tournaments has given the individual an upper hand compared to the other candidate who has a similar profile in sports. The success in coaching and training courses proved that the individual has excellent verbal and non-verbal skills as it is essential for training players. However, the profile is observed to be devoid of other activities other than sports. The individual needs to take on various other different activities which can be beneficial in acquiring attractive job offers. It can be tough to choose from if the participants have similar profiles in sports. It can be said that the individual has achieved goals that can help in having an edge over the others. The individual has also resented Pakistan as a manager of a cycling team of Pakistan. In 2016, the team has won 3 Bronze medals and 7 silver medals in New Delhi, India. It can help in acquiring a good position as a coach or trainer in well-established organisations. The courses of physical education and health can help immensely in gaining an advantage over the other competitors as it highlights the participant’s understanding of daily work-outs. The participants are experienced in popular sports tournaments and won several awards for excellent performances. It can be proof of determination and tenacity which is significant in the sports industry.

Partaking in various classes to gain perspective regarding managing the workload in a managerial position in the sports industry can help in gaining the perspective of the task manager. Managerial skills are necessary for achieving analytical skills which can be important in managing sports events where a wide variety of tasks needs to be managed properly by the individual. The organising skills and multitasking essential in sport-related jobs and management courses can help in achieving. Analytical skills are essential in the sports business and they can help in gaining an insight into the business objectives of the industry (Cunningham et al. 2018). The formation of creative events is essential to attract the viewers and taking various courses can help in assessing the perspective of the viewers. People management skills are of utmost importance in the sports industry as the viewers hold a large portion of business in this industry. It is essential in acquiring a proper position in a sports organisation to have proportionate insight regarding the sports events. Although, the individual has a wide range of experience and has participated in various sports events such as National women’s Football Tournaments, Hockey Festivals and many more. The individual has conducted training session for the trainers of Singapore and the session was arranged by the “Special Olympics Asia Pacific” in 2016. The individual had won 1st position which is the superior example of the training skill of the individual. However, the sports management course and the courses associated with gaining skills essential in sports industry can take time. The time duration can vary from 1 month to 6 months. The sports managers are needed to identify the urgencies of various tasks in order to set a course of time for each task (McCullough et al. 2020). Managerial courses can help in acquiring skills in that area and it can help the individual an edge over the other aspirants.
4. Recommendation
Sports event management
It can be helpful in gaining insight regarding the process of multitasking which requires certain analytical skills. It can assist the participants in properly communicating with the players in the training session and figuring out the need of each player to provide appropriate classes in order to increase performances (Brown et al. 2018). Management courses regarding sport assist in learning regarding the process of managing finances, legal actions and marketing strategies of the sports industry. Managing the players in an organisation is very important to retain a productive environment in the sports organisation. The individual needs to acquire skills of leadership to take initiative in problematic situations and offer an effective solution to mitigate or lessen the effects of the adverse situation (Hoye et al. 2018). In order to take appropriate action, the individual can take assistance from the superiors and participating in sports event management courses can certainly help the individual in gaining important perspective. It can help the individual in adding a diverse course of action in the CV and the experience can enable to take proper action in urgent situations.
5. Conclusions
Sports management is one of the most aspiring career options for individuals with a sports background. The significance of sports and various new tournaments has created a wide range of opportunities for the aspirants. An individual with analytical skills can gain a higher position in sports organisations. The skills of identifying the desired goals and taking appropriate actions are one of the most significant steps of managing sports organisations. Various sport management courses can help in the formation of a proportionate plan to achieve the organisational adjectives. On the other hand, experience in sports is essential in understanding the industry and its requirements in depth. The well-being of the players needs to be taken care of in order to facilitate higher productivity from the team.
