The decision-making skill of the CEO of Adobe supports improving growth and development through innovative performance. In the contemporary scenario, the sudden outbreak of the pandemic creates a huge range of challenges and for this reason, the problem-solving skill of Shantanu Narayen supports maintaining consistency during the crisis. On the other hand, the optimistic behaviour of the CEO of Adobe provides an extensive range of support in improving performance and developing innovative solutions to problems. It may be argued that the lack of communication skills of the CEO may create limitations for the company as proper communication of the leaders with the employees enhances the trust and reliability of the organisation.

The problem-solving skill helps in improving the development of the organisation and boosts competency and striving for excellence in the competitive scenario. The optimistic behaviour of the leaders in respecting their colleagues enhances the collaborative work culture within the company and the lack of collaborative work culture provides a detrimental impact on the organisation. The skills and behaviour of the CEO of Adobe follow the characteristics of the CMI code of conduct and these skills also help in achieving personal effectiveness by obtaining success in the both personal and professional world.
