“Covey’s 7 Habits” are a standardised and balanced framework that assists an individual in maintaining a positive balance in resource and value management. It can be stated that individuals successfully using this theoretical framework can maintain a focus of their energy towards creating a sustainable and long term lifestyle. Individuals can harness successful and progressive life, laying a positive impact on both personal and professional life. According to Hendriyanto (2018), 7 habits increases productivity rate among an individual, laying an influential impact on external aspects. In addition, it has also been witnessed that with an emphasis on these seven aspects people can enhance their innovation, leadership attributes and staff management capabilities while managing a project.
In case of Sundar Pichai it has been witnessed that he is having an extraordinary leadership skill. Making use of this skill, he has been able to provide assistance to employees by working collaboratively with them. CEO of Google, always emphasising on maintaining rate of productivity and forecasting completion of projects. According to Matroushi et al. Owing to these aspects, individuals can also enhance their interpersonal excellences impacting positively on organisational performance in an effective manner.
In case of Sundar Pichai, he has obtained a stabilised personal effectiveness due to which, organisational ethical operation management has been enhanced. “Self Assessment Test” is an attribute that can provide an individual with an insight regarding strengths and weaknesses within themselves. Thus, by undertaking the “Big Five Personality Test” I have obtained an idea regarding my strengths and weaknesses. After commencing this test, I have obtained 90% in the openness depth score. It can be stated that people having a high openness score are often people having abstract thinking. As influenced by Kaushik and Guleria (2020), I have witnessed that because of abstract thinking I might not be able to maintain level of my work in an effective manner. It is because of this aspect I have developed a core of “ethical idealism”. However I have also highlighted certain strengths and weaknesses that might affect me. These strengths and weaknesses are as follows:
Strengths
Commencing this test I have obtained 90% in my openness attribute which highlights my strengths. People having high rate of openness are “creative,” “adventurous” and “intellectual.” Thus, owing to these strengths I can develop new and innovative ideas and present them in front of companies. Furthermore, I have witnessed that I have obtained 48% in conscientiousness, which is a moderate score. Hence, I can state that often I become goal driven and organised based on its essentiality.
Weakness
Contrary with all of my strengths, I have witnessed that there are certain weaknesses that I have obtained. Commencing this evaluative test I have witnessed that in “Extraversion” trait only 23% score has been obtained by me. I have witnessed that I have a lack of “collaborative skill,” and “team working skill”. In addition to this, I have also witnessed that in “Agreeableness” trait I have obtained a high score of 94%. Based on this score I can state that I lack in “negotiation skill,” “decision making skill,” and “diplomatic skill” which plays a significant role in personal development. Finally I have witnessed that in “Neuroticism” trait I have obtained a score of 67%. It means that I am an emotional person and can make repulsive decisions based on my feelings. Lack of “communication skill” and effectiveness has led me towards these weaknesses.

“Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle” is a model that assists an individual in obtaining knowledge from their experiences. As influenced by Ahmed (2020), Gibbs’ Reflective Cycle helps an individual in accessing and analysing both strengths and weaknesses. Hence, undertaking systematic analysis I am going to highlight both my strengths and weaknesses and evaluate them accordingly to bring in success and effectiveness.
Description
In order to access and analyse my personal effectiveness a personality test has been conducted by me. Making use of big five personality tests I have obtained an understanding regarding my strengths and weaknesses. I think that this knowledge can assist me in enhancing my progress and success in both my personal and professional life in an effective manner.
Feelings
Prior to this personality test I have had an idea there are certain weaknesses that might lay a negative impact on my professional development and growth. Thus, after commencing this test I have witnessed that strengths like creativity skill, adventurous attributes and intellectual aspects are present within me. However, I was totally unprepared for the weaknesses within me. However, with enthusiasm I have decided that with strategies I am going to improve my weaknesses by making them strengths.
Evaluation
Apart from my present skills I have emphasised on my weaknesses and evaluated them significantly. It is because of evaluation, I have successfully identified all of my weaknesses and emphasised on developing strategies that can assist me in enhancing success and progress in an effective manner. The good thing that I am going to obtain from this scenario is developing my professional and personal growth in an effective manner.
Analysis
Weaknesses such as lack of collaborative skills, team working skill, negotiation skill, decision making skill, diplomatic skill and communication skill have led me towards downfall. I think that by developing these weaknesses and turning them into my strengths I can obtain success and progress.
Conclusion
It can be concluded that I have obtained both strengths and weaknesses that can lay direct impact on my personal effectiveness. However, it has been witnessed that in comparison to strengths there are multiple weaknesses that can create challenges towards my success and progress. However, with development of an action plan I can overcome these challenges and turn them into my strengths.

Impact of Personal Weakness on Employability Prospect
Commencing a detailed personal analysis I have identified apart from strengths, there are significant weaknesses within me. I think that owing to these weaknesses, it can have a direct impact on my employability prospects in a negative manner. Impacts that I am going to get are as follows:
Lack of Leadership Skills
Leadership skill assists an individual in making important decisions and leading a team in an effective way. As I have a lack of this skill within me it is going to lay a negative impact on my employability skill in a negative way. As influenced by Iqbal et al. (2022), I have witnessed that by obtaining leadership skills I can maintain a network with full potential. However, as I lacked in harnessing this attribute, it can have a negative impact on my decision making skills and raise internal conflicts in companies. Thus, creating challenges towards organisational sustainability and effectiveness, lack of this skill can lead a company towards losing its goodwill and value in market.
Lack of Communication Skills
Communication skill is an important aspect while developing personal effectiveness and providing assistance to companies. It has been witnessed by me that I face challenges in communicating with others. It becomes difficult to understand their pains and provide them with effective solutions. As influenced by Malyuga et al. (2018), I have witnessed that harnessing communication skills can assist me in understanding functionality of a business and eliminate challenges among employees of companies. I think that as I have a deficit in this aspect, it can reduce my progress and success rate, impacting possibility of my employability rate in an effective manner.

I think that all of my identified weaknesses can be eliminated in an effective manner and I can enhance my skills. In order to do so, with an emphasis on particular sets of strategies it can enhance my progress and sustainability. Thus, having a positive impact on my personal as well as professional life I can obtain growth. Strategies that can assist me in enhancing success are as follows:
Practising Discipline
In order to practise discipline I have to understand all of my strengths and weaknesses based on which I can bring in effectiveness. As influenced by Ghufron and Ermawati (2018), I have witnessed that owing to this aspect I can express my creativity and efficiency. Conducting a self-assessment test I have come across all of my weaknesses and by eliminating them I can enhance my disciplinary aspect improving progress and sustainability in my personal as well as professional life. I have observed that I have a major drawback while working collaboratively. Hence, in order to do so I have to take disciplinary actions assisting me in enhancing my success.
Resolving Conflicts
As I lack in harnessing decision making skill, conflicts often get faced by me impacting progress and sustainability of my work. In order to eliminate them, I have to confront conflicts and understand situations in an effective manner. With assistance of this aspect and based on my personal strengths of creativity I can resolve challenges and conflicts effectively. Increasing organisational sustainability and progress I can also improve its rate of success.
Listening Well
I have also witnessed that there is a lack of non-verbal communication skills present in me that can lay a negative impact on my success. Hence, to enhance my listening skill, I have to emphasise my attentiveness. Keeping a focus on the speakers I can understand their pain points and difficulties. Thus, by providing them with effective and innovative strategies I can eliminate their challenges in an effective manner enhancing my personal success and progress.
Taking Notes
Finally I have to focus on taking notes while communicating with others which is going to provide me with a window towards success. Evaluating information from obtained note I can develop strategies using which challenges can be eliminated in an effective manner and I can also enhance my collaboration and effective operation management attributes.

PE is a strategic implementation that assists an individual in channelling ideas and thoughts while commencing tasks with accordance. In addition to this, from the case study of Sundar Pichai, knowledge about his “listening skill” has been obtained. Based on this aspect, it can be stated that he is able to design unique products and services based on needs and necessities of users. While commencing an operation; he makes sure in maintaining quality of the project in an effective manner. From the case study, it has been witnessed that he has a keen focus towards future. Thus, developing a collaborative workforce atmosphere, Sundar Pichai has been able to prioritise the importance of his work and commence them in an effective manner. Enhancing success rate of personal effectiveness owing to this aspect, people can enhance the management capabilities along with decision making effectiveness. In addition, it has also been witnessed that they can also enhance their communication skills in an effective manner. With the assistance of a “self-assessment test”, underpinning my weaknesses I can develop strategies using which I can enhance sustainable progress and success.
Weaknesses within me have reduced my motivation in a significant way that creates negative impact on my psychology. Hence, I think that without feeling disappointed I have to develop action plans using which I can effectively improve my progress and success in an effective manner. It can be concluded that this study has provided me with a significant amount of assistance. Understanding all of my weaknesses and strengths I can assist companies in harnessing success and growth in an effective manner securing sustainability and effectiveness. I think that with guidance from these action plans it is going to improve my success rate. Hence adopting skills and attributes, I can obtain progress and improve my value while assisting companies in market in an effective manner.
