Task 2: Analysis of Style of Learning

1) Identification of the main learning style

I have accessed Mumford and Honey LSQ which has given the exact learning style tackling with enhanced acceptance to agree with the changes which are occurring around me with the help of the learning suitability. I have gathered that my main learning style is Theorist which I have scored 18 whereas the other three learning styles have been determined the same for me as I have gathered the scores with 15 on Activist, Pragmatist, and Reflector (Mint-hr.com 2023). This has been supporting me with the identification of styles that will keep me active in my professional life to collaborate and let me adjust my flaws.

Strength: Adaptability is the key strength of a theorist’s individual or personality which helps to integrate the observations through theory-based ideologies which help to ponder on various roots of the observation to find the best possible conclusion. I rationally deal with the situation in a chronological manner which helps me to find things more perfect and I always like to keep my work perfect. An individual is more conceptual with the theorist’s learning style and helps himself with enhanced active experimentation with experiences and observation that helps to keep the entire concept and the situation clear (Yadav et al., 2020). I generally feel that making questions about situations with my colleagues to solve and deal with helps to understand the deep inner sense and helps to find a perfect solution to every circumstance. However, an individual theorist’s learning style is more disciplined with an approach that helps to manage the situation with objectivity (Soler-Rovira et al., 2022).

Weakness: There have been various weaknesses in the theorist learning style such as individualism is more with lateral thinking which sometimes keeps a problematic tug-of-war that makes the situational understanding more ineffective. I have recognized that I have a major lacking in brainstorming which helps with more problem solving or I usually do not ponder on case studies than think rationally which somehow affects my professional life. The theorist’s learning style takes the individual to be more strategic or database which somehow takes the understanding and integration to be more deteriorated (Ahmed et al., 2020). I am much intolerant which somehow is making my professional life to be more challenging as I speak out of regulations or rules and never try to understand the sensitivity of the situation. I always jump with background information that puts my sensitivity because I ponder the application of theories irrespective of the situation.

2) Evaluating the learning style to mitigate problems while working remotely or learning online

The remote learning style and working are becoming more frequent in the recent world after the world has undergone a pandemic hence the culture has various positivity as well as negative aspects which tackle the shape of the performance. Henceforth, the main perspective of learning and working remotely has a lack of communication which may be effectively mitigated using a theorist learning style as the individual is more reluctant to use strategies and dependent on databases. The Models and Stories help the theorist learning style individual to scoop by collaborating with self and enhancing performance to complete the task as the individual helps themselves with self-assistance and rational thinking (Resmi, 2022). I help myself with enhancing strategies and collaborative perspectives which take to a better understanding of remote learning. As I am keener on rational thinking I have developed the sense of disciplinary approach which finds the solution for technical disruptions as it is common in remote working culture.

Therefore, Udemy’s learning style has a membership faculty at a reasonable rate which helps the individual to get enhancing assistance from the experts online (Liu and Shao, 2022). Udemy also offers various booklets and study materials online for any individual if necessary which helps to shape the self-paced, right after enrolment. I will gather enhanced assistance from Udemy as the application also allows it to be managed and dealt with risks which will help to manage conflict and resolve critical thinking effectively.

Udemy helps to develop risk management with its vast options for enhancing personality which is also available in various languages that helps to manage the course and the individual with more respective objectives (Sharov et al., 2021). I will be enhancing my decision making which will be adjusted to my learning style with the support of Udemy Learning which will keep the hunch to provide details for better understanding. Udemy will further assist me to overcome my flaws and develop other learning styles to keep the management of personal effectiveness more compact. Udemy learning will also fetch the sense of using personal resources for tapping the personal and professional courses and will also help me to understand the use of maintaining quality.
