I have analysed that, my critical thinking is about 52% which indicates the flaws in decision-making skill to coordinate the everyday work and with changing goal setting (Refer to Appendix-1). However, it reflects the tactical analysis as judging nature which generally relied upon the stability and consistency to improve with open mindedness to become culturally competent where sometimes it does not allow to manage the stress effectively. It indicates my worries are often looking for change to manage and collaborate the work structure for dedicated roles and responsibilities to make improvement with consistency. Moreover, it needs to mention that the personality type and propensity is affecting the team cohesion wherein introvertedness may negatively influence the team coordination with less contribution in team conversation (GAROUSI and Tarhan, 2018). The high anticipating factor allows me to take great care and respond to opinions to effectively lead a team with differences corresponding to each individual’s beliefs with multicultural competence.

On the other hand, the weakness needs to be taken care of and developed according to job responsibility to successfully achieve the organizational goal. Other than that, the results are relevant to systematically show the personal effectiveness and behavioural traits for my employability which effectively monitored for my future job repeatability and cognitive quality to withstand the market complexity.
Feelings
I feel energized with the result of a psychometric test which clearly gave me insights of my personality and detailed understanding which would greatly help to increase the sharpness of my skills and behaviours for the future job to organize and contribute positively. I felt quite competitive in respect to market orientation and job role to deliver my cent percent effort to become a successful business leader and effectively control and lead the team from front with my personal effectiveness. It is helpful to enhance my personal effectiveness for the future to accommodate the job responsibility with positive effect for leadership with personal efficiency (Voronina et al., 2018).

Evaluation
It has become crucial to identify my strengths and weaknesses to develop myself with the market trend and job specification to manage myself into the job role and responsibilities with specific collaboration to the organizational business process (Abbasi et al., 2018). It may be noted that my strengths are summarized as effective planning, active listening, strategic thinking, problem solving skills, consistency, multicultural competence and ownership. On a contradictory note, my weaknesses include the lack of self-confidence, decision making, stress management and lack of effective goal setting.
Analysis
My strengths will add positivity in the team management with relative skills to make the organizational culture and values perspective more global and authentic. Further, it helps to adopt the diverse cultural group in the organization to influence economic globalization and positive profit margin. The strategic thinking and effective planning allow the organization to deal with the turbulent times more extrinsically to develop and deliver the business objectives more strongly. On the other hand, my weakness such as lack of self-confidence and decision-making skill will negatively influence the organizational commitment and resolving conflicts in the workplace for better management of the workplace.
Conclusion
It may be concluded that the Gibbs reflective cycle is quite impressive to evaluate my degree of personal effectiveness with essential skills, abilities, strengths and weaknesses to discuss employability. It has been observed that certain skills and strengths are quite helpful to become a future business leader through the future job responsibilities and opportunities to accept and utilize them perfectly. The weaknesses need to be sharpened in accordance with market need and positively share the attitudes for enhanced employability and skill development.
Action plan
The Gibbs reflective cycle offers an excellent way to evaluate and analyses the strengths and weaknesses respective to employability along with a detailed action plan to deliver the best possible result within a less span of time. Additionally, it needs to be coordinated through online tutorials and coaching experts to improve the weakness as per the job need and market standard with financial and human resources within the ten-month period. The help from seniors and professionals will also positively help to integrate the skills and behavioural developments with self-efficacy to organize myself as best as the job responsibility for a business leader.
Impact on my employability
It may be opined that the personal development plan is quite necessary to increase the credibility of my abilities, skills and personal effectiveness to successfully manage my time to coordinate the business requirements with planning, thinking, problem solving and consistency. The problem-solving skills will help to identify the issues in the business process and create a greater solution to accommodate the business plan for achieving organizational goals more accurately. The consistency and open mindedness will help to enhance the employability which will help the recruiter to acknowledge and benefitted to influence the organizational culture to advocate dignity and respect to the individual thoughts and beliefs to accompany the globalization effort and run smoothly (Behle, 2020). My personal effectiveness will help the recruiter to formulate the employability on behalf of skills and abilities to appropriately maintain the organizational business zeal with positive profit margin. Furthermore, my strength of strategic thinking and collaborative approach will help to manage the team building and exclusive discussion for innovation to marginalize the work complexity with creativity and cooperation (Nirmala and Kumar, 2018.). On the contrary, the high intuitiveness will help the organization to adopt the best possibilities for growth and sustainability where my skills will align the business improvement with consistent support and opinions for more resiliency. On a different note, personal effectiveness as emotion control and stress management sometimes go uncontrolled, otherwise it helps in managing the stress to effectively transit into the organizational benefit. It became quite helpful to collectively present myself before the interview board with successive definitions of my abilities for organizational need, growth and prosperity.

Strategies for personal development
I want to mention that in order to develop the skills in which I am not much capable, there are certain strategies that I need to develop for honing the skills to succeed in my professional as well as personal life. It has already been evident that I am someone who does not have a characteristic that is outgoing as I am quite an introvert and it prevents me from interacting with people and that is not a positive quality to have in a professional setting. In order to change this quality, I will need to join different speaking groups and practice speaking with unknown people to overcome my shyness. Moreover, I also do not have much confidence in myself and that is also a negative aspect of my character that I will need to overcome. In order to build a confident nature, I will have to watch several motivational videos and reflect on my own self and think about the things I have achieved so far in life. If I want to become an entrepreneur, I need to have serious self-confidence as research states that it is a required feature of one’s character to become an entrepreneur and is related to other characteristics as well (Garaika et al., 2019).
This may provide me with a positive mindset and with the help of that I may be able to convince myself that I am also capable of doing certain things and rather than focusing on the negative aspects of failure, I need to think that even if I fail, I will learn from the mistakes. I also get really stressed for the most insignificant things and for that I need to exercise more as that helps people to get de-stressed and once, I achieve that I will also be able to make better decisions as well. I may even spend more time in nature as reducing stress by being present in nature has been established as a significant resource for the purpose of stress management (Hunte et al., 2019).

From the above table, it has been clearly mentioned that proactivity and self-efficacy will be helpful to choose an effective way to develop the personal weakness for becoming a job ready person. The development plan needs to consider the online tutorial as the primary resources for a personal development plan to effectively manage and develop the weakness as per the market standard and organizational need to deliver the positive result. In order to increase efficiency in self-confidence and stress management, the advice from yoga instructors and some sports professionals will be quite effective in managing the stress level of myself. It also allows me to coordinate the other employees’ stress level to manage and transit into positive productivity by clearing the mindset regarding personal goals and professional needs. On the contrary, the decision-making skill and efficient goal making need the mentorship from the seniors and family members for prominent decisions of life (Bukharina, 2018). Solving puzzles and exercises in real life scenarios will help to increase the decision-making skills which will be sharpened to make business decisions according to market culture. More practically, it will take around six to ten months to develop my weaknesses as per the business requirements to become highly efficient for coordinating the business orientation with my skills and abilities to perform appropriately for achieving the business goal.
Conclusion
Finally, it may be concluded that individuals who have relatively good personal effectiveness skills are prone to always gravitating towards achieving more things in life and thus, most of the successful global leaders are known to have extremely positive personal effectiveness skills. Research suggests that in today’s age the concept of effective leadership is defined by providing motivation and inspiration to others, fostering a positive work environment, creating bonds and efficient modes of communication amongst employees (Reddy, 2021). The proactive skill of Sundar Pichai has also positively impacted the overall performance of Google, since in many scenarios the individual’s determination to take a certain business decision has been beneficial for Google in many ways than others. Along with that, the other skills mentioned in Covey’s 7 habit model are also possessed by Sundar Pichai and those have facilitated the individuals to manage the organizational culture of Google with extreme efficiency. In addition to that, the CMI code of conduct and the relevant skills addressed in that have also been helpful for Sundar Pichai to maintain a professional relationship with the employees by showing honesty and integrity within the workplace.
It has been noted that personal behavioural traits, abilities with effectiveness are the necessary attributes to get employed in reputed organizations where the abilities of strategic thinking, problem solving, team cooperation, critical analysis are helpful in effectively managing the organizational objectives.
