I also have a lack of communication approaches. Adopting the autocratic types of leadership approaches will help me to attribute the decision-making process.  Adoption of this type of autocratic leadership approach also helps me to make the appropriate decision for taking the important internal decision for the supply chain system of broadcasting systems.

I already have the leadership skill of creativity skills, positivity skills, flexibility skills, etc. There also exist some other different leadership skills that also help to improve my leadership skill. I also felt that I have to develop some other leadership skills. First I have to develop time management approaches by which I can improve my essential knowledge. I also have to develop a strategic thinking level by which I can develop my quick-solving skills in critical situations.

There also exists the empathetic type of leadership skills that can be helped to understand the employee’s feelings. Therefore I felt that by adopting empathetic leadership skills I can improve the employees feeling in competitive working environments.

Organizational leadership is another important part that also helps to develop the project’s success. Therefore, by adopting the organizational leadership approach I may develop the management quality of new project management.

6.0 Identification of Professional and personal development behaviors and Skills

Behavioral skills also play another vital role that also helps me to develop my leadership skills. I felt that I have a lack of communication problem that creates problems for the successful implementation of the project implementation. To implement the successful project development for Sky Broadcasting services I have to develop my empathetic skills by which I can improve the relationship approaches with the feelings and thinking process with others. Conflict resolution is another important behavioral skill that I have to improve myself. Improving the conflict communication approaches I can give the protest during any conflict situations during the project completion period of Sky Broadcasting. Time management is a very important part that helps us to complete the entire project successfully within time.
