However, in today’s world, email is a particularly important communication skill (Rios et al. 2020). Email responses are required in almost every industry. Professionals ought to be able to send emails that are clear, concise, and written in a manner that is appropriate for coworkers and employers alike. Almost all jobs require public speaking skills. Even if one doesn’t usually give long presentations, one probably needs to speak up at meetings, give briefs to coworkers, or talk to groups of people in small groups (Dolce et al. 2020). Professionals must be able to convey and present information in an effective manner. All professionals must collaborate in some way whether they are assisting a business in achieving its goals or working on a team project. One needs the interpersonal skills necessary to get along with others in order to become a professional (McGunagle et al. 2020). One must complete various tasks to be an expert. To complete each task without feeling overwhelmed while creating a budget, good organizational skills are required. Regardless of the position within the organization, having leadership qualities is essential (Römgens et al. 2020). Professionals must be able to lead, whether they are in management positions or working as part of a team. The majority of jobs require adaptability and some degree of flexibility. Understanding different points of view, altering workflows, and adapting the contributions to the company in response to changes are all important (Murkatik et al. 2020). The soft skills that employees need to interact well with coworkers, managers, customers, suppliers, and other people in the work environment are called relational abilities.

2.1.2 Importance of the effective skills
Communication in the workplace has a positive impact on employee morale, engagement, performance, and satisfaction. Collaboration and teamwork both benefit from open lines of communication (va et al. 2019). In the end, better outcomes for an individual, a team, and an organization can be achieved through effective communication in the workplace. The job market of today is more competitive in several ways. In addition to professional skills, potential employees are now being evaluated by prospective employers for their employability skills. The majority of positions in emerging tech industries require soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving, despite the fact that education and experience may be all that is required to get a job today (Orishev et al. 2021). These soft skills, also known as employability, allow people to do their jobs to the best of their abilities. Because they have always been necessary for a workforce that is both productive and efficient, future employers place a high value on these individual skills in their potential employees.

Employees expect promotion and recognition in today’s fast-paced businesses. As a result, employers are looking for workers who can finish the job now while considering their future plans. People are always looking for highly sought-after skills (Daniel et al. 2020). Different skills are more up-to-date and relevant to the ever-changing workplace of today.This is due to the fact that one can hardly survive in business without paying close attention to every aspect. Companies need proven leaders to fill leadership positions, but people are also always looking for next-level people who can become managers who know how to say what needs to be said and ensure that deadlines are met (Tang, 2020). Employees who are willing to try and be open to new ideas are sought after by employers. One might need to switch teams or go somewhere else.

The SWOT Analysis for the evaluation of employees commences with the evaluation of every individual’s strength. I have different strengths which would be helpful for me to fit in any organization. The first thing that has been effective for me is lots of working experience, oral and written communication skills and I could work under pressure. Some of my quantitative and qualitative skills to analyze something are great. I can learn technical concepts quickly. I also preferred to stay organized in my professional as well as personal life. Apart from all of my strengths, I would not depend upon anyone to complete any of my allocated tasks. I am self-motivated enough, i am also goal oriented, communicative, flexible, trustworthy, team oriented as well as optimistic. I thought that these are some of my quality too to fit in any organization effectively and easily. | In this section I would like to describe my weaknesses as an employee and which I need to focus more for further improvement. My previous experiences lack any kind of budgeting that leads to different kinds of overspending. I am also shy about learning different technical skills at the same time. If proper time is provided to me, I would be able to learn the software. Brainstorming is the thing that is easier sometimes for me than creating ideas and executing those in the workplace. Not only have all these things, sometimes I get impatient that leads to losing interested in the projects I am attaching.. There are several opportunities I have experienced through my previous works. I felt that opportunities are something that could be raised from my personal strengths. I could get a promotion, if I bring in more sales, I could join free online classes to gain knowledge about the technical fields, I could benefit from my industry connection that would be helpful for me. Other opportunities I have are proper mentoring, leadership development programs in my workplace, regular training in the workplaces, related with the services that are related with leadership development programs. Some of the company’s previously promoted training for the development of employees that helped me a lot. Receiving feedback, taking additional responsibilities are some other opportunities for me till date through which I would join any company easily. | As I have already discussed the weaknesses or issues I faced within me, while developing myself for fitting in any kind of organization, I found that there are several threats upon me. Nowadays, the projects that are handled by me are turning around less than my colleagues and my bosses are preferring my colleagues over me. Sometimes I fail to keep up with the continuously changing technology in many fields. These are the reasons that could cornered me from my workplace and with which I am focusing on to improve. 2.3.1 Skills needed for being an effective team worker
Someone who actively contributes to the group’s efforts to complete tasks, achieve goals, and manage projects is considered to be a team player. Team members pay attention to their coworkers, value other people’s points of view, and work to improve the process or product at hand (Webster et al. 2020). Since team members are aware that the success of the team depends on their own success, they share responsibility for problems that arise. Conflict must be resolved at some point in the workforce by every position. A worker’s ability to deal with conflict can tell a lot about their abilities as an employee in all areas and can help them advance in their career. Workplace projects that are successful require teamwork (Willcocks, 2020). Employers prefer candidates with these skills because they contribute to the success of the business and maintain a positive work environment.
When working in a team, it’s critical that everyone knows what they need to do and puts in a lot of effort to finish on time and at the expected level (Kenayathulla et al. 2019). When certain tasks cannot be completed on time, honesty and transparency are essential teamwork skills. Because it helps the team function properly, employers prefer candidates who can admit their mistakes and keep their promises. A lack of transparency can hinder a team’s ability to effectively collaborate and build trust. Teamwork is required for leadership. Collaboration is an expertise that great chiefs have (Crittenden et al. 2019). Strong leaders assist team members in succeeding, working together, exchanging concepts, and contributing to the achievement of common business objectives.
2.3.2 Process of developing team working skills
There are a number of ways to encourage teamwork at work. To maximize teamwork, keep things moving forward, and allocate people and technical tools appropriately, resource management is essential. Keeping everyone on track can be made easier by reminding them of their own values and beliefs (Agrawal et al. 2020). One must remain open to trying new things and updating the processes for the benefit of the work. Every member of a team will undoubtedly have distinct ideas and points of view. People value each person’s contributions and treat them with respect. By listening to both sides and practicing conflict resolution, one can overcome these things. After all, it only makes the team stronger. Everyone on the team ought to think that perspective is important. It helps when everybody has something to do with choices, paying little mind to the job (Lindsay et al. 2019). It is unnecessary to constantly hover over them if the individual feels a sense of duty and organization. Everyone suffers from the negative effects of micromanagement, which necessitates skill and time. Feedback can come in the form of either positive or negative feedback. Provide regular, constructive feedback, whichever it may be. This can help team members develop (Maisiri et al. 2019).. However, when an employee collaborates with a group of competent professionals on a project, the work is shared by all members of the group.
While working in storehouses, representatives have restricted correspondence, capacity to appreciate the situation, and information. However, when employees work in teams and diverse individuals collaborate on projects and issues, they are more likely to initiate and participate in productive conversations about shared objectives. Powerful representatives foster a cooperation driven by shared objectives (Atiles et al. 2021). Additionally, a more positive work environment is created and employee morale is raised by closer relationships among team members. Representatives share thoughts, information, and data while working in groups, bringing about a more focused scholarly capital across the association. It should come as no surprise that effective teams are extremely beneficial to businesses (Rios et al. 2020). But it can be hard to build these high-performing teams. Nurture, intention, and inclusive leadership are necessary for team growth (Dolce et al. 2020). Excited and creative groups are lither. Self-awareness is also necessary as a leader and as a member of a team.
