Land Rover is a famous automobile company, this firm has a huge customer base because of the innovative, and quality based cars that are provided by this enterprise. Therefore, new projects keep coming up all over the year so that Land Rover is able to provide productive results to its customer base. Project management plays a crucial role in this enterprise and this firm lacks the sufficient knowledge that is needed to handle all requirements effortlessly. In this report, a thorough analysis has been made regarding the current situation of this firm and issues that are faced by Land Rover to handle project management. This report structure is formulated in a way so that issues are analyzed efficiently and other requirements are fulfilled to bring out the best results from the projects.

Current situation
Land Rover comes up with innovative products each year so that this firm is able to hold its customer base firmly and give them quality services. As commented by (Cooper and Sommer, 2018), therefore, to produce innovative cars and carry out the entire process of production of cars it is important that Land Rover come up with proper planning and execution procedures so that projects that they are launching are rightfully handled and effortlessly carried out to attain productive results at the end. Project management opens up scope for Land Rover to rightfully analyse and evaluate needs of the project, after analysis it is crucial that proper measures are imposed so that all the requirements are fulfilled and projects are completed properly. In opinion of Sher (2022), owing to all the benefits of the project management that it provides to a firm it is observed that Land Rover is currently facing some issues related to project management. Project manager holds a special position in project management and this firm is lacking proper skilled project managers as a result issues are arising while projects are executed and presence of these issues are slowly degrading quality of performance of projects that are in progress. According to de Almeida Parizotto et al. (2022), currently lack of proper governance over the projects gaps are occurring in the working procedure of projects of Land Rover and as a result entire project performance has been diminished. Therefore, after getting an overview about this current situation that Land Rover is currently facing it is analysed that issues need to be identified and implementation of essential theories are needed to be done so that all issues are rightfully handled and minister.

There are complications that have the capability to damage the entire productivity of a project, Land Rover has also been encountering some issues related to project management, and through a thorough analysis, issues have been identified. Solutions that can mitigate issues
After project management, analysis it has been observed that due to some key issues a constant trouble has been faced by this firm. Therefore, the troubles that are faced by Land Rover have to be solved so that better productivity is achieved by this firm at the end of completion of a project. As mentioned by Hayajneh et al. (2020), Land Rover can make use of various theories and models related to management of projects to attain better and effective results by minimizing level of issues. Management theories can be of great help as management theories may open up scope for this firm to come up with productive results.
Usage of system management theory in any project is beneficial as this theory aids in planning and management of all works and activities of an organization. Therefore, if a firm makes use of this theory then it is going to impart some positive results in the firm’s projects. Through application of this theory, a firm has been able to analyse and understand all the key elements that are associated with a project and after analysis, necessary planning can be made. As commented by Dai et al. (2020), Land Rover faces issues regarding management of the project and therefore this theory should provide some positive results if it is rightfully implemented. With usage of this theory, it opens up scope for Land Rover to analyse and understand all the key elements of its projects and then based on analysis they are able to come up with productive planning and management of the plan.
Another model that can be is human relationships theory, it is often seen that a project fails to achieve productive results because the team members that are associated with the project are unable to provide their best performance. This lack of performance directly affects the productivity of an organisation. As mentioned by Huang et al. (2021), similarly in this scenario Land Rover has also been facing some issues regarding management of projects and therefore this theory can act as a perfect solution to clear up this mess. Usage of this theory would open up scope for this firm to engage all team members properly and enhance teamwork by minimising issues that are faced by them and by motivating them suitably to derive the best results. Therefore, application of management models to manage projects may help Land Rover to cope with the issues that it is facing and improve productivity and derive quality results.

Evaluation
After thorough discussion, it is assumed that Land Rover has been facing some issues related to project management and due to these issues, there has been a constant drop in the performance level of this firm. Issues related to team management, time management, lack of monitoring and governance has been constantly depleting the entire performance level of all projects of Land Rover. According to Sarmad and Choudhary (2019), therefore, some theoretical solutions can be used to overcome this scenario and improve performance quality of projects. Theories and models of management like system management theory can be applied to manage all aspects of a project. This management theory should open up scope for this firm to effortlessly handle and analyze all requirements that are needed in a project and then make plans based on analysis. In opinion of Teubner (2018), it has been seen that with application of human relations theory as a form of solution it would also help Land Rover to make sufficient changes in teamwork and give motivation to employees so that they can perform better.
Conclusion
Hence, it can be concluded that this firm has been facing some challenges related to project management and due to these challenges Land Rover has been constantly losing its position in its business environment. This is because due to lack of project management, this company has not been able to manage all aspects of the project effortlessly and therefore lack of governance has been creating all issues within the activities of a project. Henceforth, further recommendations would be made along with the provided theoretical solutions so that this firm would be able to eradicate complications of projects.
Recommendation or new implementation
Implementation of period to improve time management
Time management is one of the most crucial parts of a project management and without proper project management, it is not possible for an enterprise to complete all of its activities successfully and derive productive results. Land Rover has not been able to extract expected results because it has been suffering from improper time management. In opinion of Kerzner (2022), with application of period, it is going to help Land Rover to set a specific timeline for every activity systematically. This timeline is going to help to achieve better results and push employees to come together and work faster so that all activities are completed within the deadline. Therefore, through this measure, the requirements can be fulfilled and productive results can be approached at the end.
Implementation of monitoring and resource management
Land Rover has to recruit a skilled project manager so that it becomes possible for this firm to rightfully handle all activities of projects and monitor each step properly. This proper management of all activities of project management aids in enhancing the performance level of all the projects. Furthermore, through a thorough monitoring the gaps and loopholes are identified and it can be minimised easily. According to Xie et al. (2019), similarly through resource planning performed by project managers it is going to help in proper formulation and planning of resources. This proper planning of resources would aid a firm to get access to all required sources during the progress of a project. However, through a thorough budget planning done by a project manager it is also going to help Land Rover to get access to all financial resources and this is going to help in completing the project successfully and derive productive results.
