2. People management

Hospitality management in hotels is not a very easy task for the h0tel authority because they have to properly manage their manpower to provide experience services to their customers. People management is one of the difficult tasks in hotel management because there are possibilities of conflicts among workers related to their duties and responsibilities (Chung et al. 2018). Starting the projects of the Yang Sing hotel people management plays an important role in the success of the projects. A huge amount of money to reopen the Yang Sing hotel which creates conflicts in the projects. Many pieces of furniture in the hotel are broken and unable to be used. Due to this reason, hotel authorities should have to invest in furniture and interior of the hotel which becomes more costly.

Unrest among staff is one of the most important conflicts in the projects. This is because many employees don’t feel comfortable working with the manager because of his rough behavior with the staff. Hence staff management became more challenging in front of Yang sing oriental hotel authority. In this scenario, they have to listen to the problems of every individual employee in their hotel and try to solve them as much as possible.

Maintaining a positive attitude in all aspects of hotel management is one of the most important factors which reduce conflict among staff in hotels. It ensures better service towards the guests in Yang sing oriental hotel. Providing training facilities to the employees is another important strategy to mitigate conflicts in the hotel business. Management professionals of hotels should focus on the upgrading skill of their employees which ensures better quality services to their guests (Kandampullyet al. 2018). As the hotel business depends on the services where more manpower is necessary to deliver these services. Hence it is necessary to improve the employees in any hotel which is necessary to improve the reputation of any hotel.

Sponsors have become very crucial in their reopening project of Yang sing oriental hotel which is very crucial for maintaining sustainability in their hotel projects. A sponsor is necessary for these types of projects where a huge amount of financial capital is required to restart. Sponsors in the hotel provide economical sustainability which is becoming more important for maintaining their business (Tuomiet al. 2021). Sponsors maintain flows of money in the Yang sing oriental hotel reopen projects and maintain continuity in activities that depend on money. Sponsors reduce the economic burden on the owner of any hotel which is very crucial for their business. Funding was provided by the newest commercial banking.

B3. Management style by the project manager

The coaching management style is adopted in the project management in the business of the Yang Sing hotel business. It is one of the most important factors which makes employees more effective which is very crucial for an organization. As the hotel business is a service industry so it’s necessary to maintain the employees more effectively according to the business. Coaching in the hotel industry means that training facilities are provided to the employees to upgrade their skills according to the business necessity (Cunha and Cedofeita, 2019). It is one of the most important factors which makes business more profitable. Coaching management style is necessary for the Yang sing hotel to maintain their hotel services’ previous standards. It increases awareness among employees according to their duties and responsibilities in their projects (Chuchuet al. 2021). It provides opportunities to every individual who is engaged with the projects to share their views and opinions related to their work which is very crucial to solve any kinds of problems in their projects. In participative management style leaders provide equal opportunities to every individual employee to share their unique creative ideas which may be fruitful for their business (Ramphal and Nicolaides, 2018). This motivates employees to do more quality work which is essential for the completion of a project successfully.

Conclusion

Based on the above discussion it can be concluded that to maintain a sustainable hotel business it is necessary to reduce conflicts among staff because they are considered as the key assets in the business. Based on the earlier discussion it can be concluded that authorities should focus on employee job satisfaction in the hotel projects which reflects on their overall business performance. Professional focus on maintaining a positive attitude among every phase of their projects which motivated lower-level workers.
