Comprehensive of Project
Before asking for project to client the manager should be sure about his capabilities, tool,
employees and “technologies” . Making a plan is very important before starting a project. After getting the project manager should have a perfect and useful roadmap and schedule. If some employers are previously present and working on it, then it will be better to asses their skill and experience before involving them in the project.
Project Culture
Project culture is generally built by the managers. They create such a project culture which can create a corporate and or organizational environment that is required for the project. A project culture describes the values, responsibilities, disciplines, beliefs, punctualities of the team members. As this project is related to the online educational system and mostly young people will use this app, so culture should be to maintain such an environment in the project. An important thing in a project is innovation. Every project should have some new innovative features which will differentiate the project from others and make it more attractive. The team will focus on doing such things. Cost estimation and completing the project within the allocated fees is very important. An ideal manager should calculate the cost first and try to reduce it if possible and then submit the approach to the client. “Official rules” and “Operational rules” are very important to create a project environment. If a manager aligns “operational” and “official” rules, team work will be more effective and the product will be more developed. If the “team members” are working from remote areas then they should have a good collaboration, so that they can give support to each other. Every employee should have seriousness about his/her job and should complete it within time. If an employee helps others to complete their jobs it will create a good environment. In remote work they come from different work cultures , so, managers should take initiative to bring them under the same work culture. Seniors Should support, help and backup the juniors.

If these two conditions are fulfilled then the project can be done. Feasibility is conducted before the start of the work. Some points are checked in “feasibility study” like- its application, “business alternative”, benefits etc. Mainly 4 types of feasibility are checked- “technical feasibility”- Where it is checked that does the company have enough technology to do the project, “market feasibility”-market is studies, “operational feasibility”-It evaluates the capability of the company to do the project and “financial feasibility”-it checks the project will be profitable or not for the company
