Statement

I am a dedicated and hardworking student of Monash who focuses on completing a master in Networks and Security and yet I also enjoyed getting involved in the extracurricular activities.

My future aspiration is to become the best IT professional manager who can lead others in the same field by playing an effective leadership role. I am currently involved in a community’s activities and leadership roles for accomplishing my vision which is to become a great leader in my future career.

Actually, I am quite active in my community and also participate as a volunteer in numbers of events within University respectively.

During that period, I used to participate in one community event in which I was performing as an IT team leader who was provided with a responsibility to manage or handle the whole network and security handling of the event.

In that, I played an effective role of leader in which I used my leadership skills to motivate or lead others for their work so that the event gets organized successfully.

During that time, as a leader, I quickly realized that my team was facing problem in coordinating technology which was associated with the event security because team members are lacking in coordinating with each other and that was developing the communication problem among them. In that situation,

I decided to adopt or implement new interpersonal communication method which results in effective coordination among members. This step of my as team leader was found successful and that reflected my need to enhance my views or perception over the leadership roles.

While organizing such community events, I also found that I was efficiently utilizing my skill of leadership potentially which was significantly influencing my leadership role in a positive manner.

If I got an opportunity to describe my experience to others for Monash, that would be inspirational and also motivate me to be who truly I want to be and also help to explore my passion.

To become an exceptional ambassador for Monash, I will focus on promoting the university in a better manner which will provide an advantage to the university in terms of increase in goodwill and reputation in the competitive market.

In addition, my potential as an exceptional ambassador will be to focus on sharing my experience with new future students on orientation day. Moreover, I will promote the university by significantly contributing and making other students contribute in running activities during enrollment week and in that,

I will also mentor up to 15 first-year students for few weeks so that learn about the university rules and regulations. After becoming an ambassador, I would represent and promote the faculty of the university in a positive way by assisting the marketing team members.

At the same time, I would also encourage and motivate the students to participate in community events in order to transit into university life & learning and then transiting out at the workplace.

Thus, my determination and enthusiasm for career and my involvement in community activities in Monash would help me to pursue my dream and achieve my future aspiration successfully.
