3. Final Report
The project “Cleaner In” is a completely newer project for cleaning the household as well as commercial service. This project has been undertaken by the postgraduate students of “University of West Scotland”. This effective project included several technological activities in order to provide the facility to the customers via an online platform for the cleaning solution and offering a healthy environment at the home (Majumder et al., 2017).
The “Cleaner In” project is significantly able to facilitate the UK inhabitants in a systemic way. The project “Cleaner In” has been completed by week 13 and it has successfully archived its objectives within structured milestones. I tried to complete the project within the provided time as I was responsible and accountable for the initial phase activities which I have tried to maintain in a specific way to make this project successful.
The objectives of this project have been initiated and executed in a proper way to provide the best result. The project meets all the quality standards, as I expected at the beginning of this project. Initial budget of this project has been covered within the project cost estimation. The total cost of this “Cleaner In” project has been estimated at $4320 and has been covered by $4200, thus it clever taught this project met the expected cost to be completed.
On the other hand, the other constraints like communication goals and strategy implications in this Covid-19 situation have been maintained and implemented in a systematic way (Khan, 2020). Thus this project provides a user-friendly, and facility oriented to the end customers of UK inhabitants. It has also been found that this project provides such a competitive advantage to the customers in order to deliver the best cleanings services.
Produced product of this project provides the expected level of quality, for this instance, our project management team has conducted market reach, business feasibility, and competitor’s review to brainstorm such effective ideas from the marketplace. Thus it has tried to maintain the project quality (Wyrtki et al., 2021).
The project is useful for the UK residents as it provides a good and effective impact on the social and environmental aspects. Thereby this project meets every function and security concern of the customers to provide the best effective results to make an effective customer relationship. It can be said that by implementing such effective strategies this project has overcome the financial and non-financial issues.
There are important benefits related to offer an online facility for potential customers and this “Cleaner In” project is able to provide that to the end customers.
It has been found that there are such potential risks that have been outlined in the risk matrix aspect. Based on those potential risks my management team has taken such magnetic action to mitigate those risk factors and to provide the best effective result instead.
Thus it can be said that the outcome of the project is comparatively beneficial and we have got such effective feedback from our key stakeholders regards to the effectiveness of this “Cleaner In” project. Thereby the key performance indicators have been initiated in order to provide the competitive advantages of the resources to get its better outcome.
Methods
The major aim of this project is to get the best solution for household and commercial cleaning with the help of an online platform. The customer can be beneficial to get the best solution for cleaning and customer can freely pay their cost in an online transaction. There are several methods have been used in this project to get the best result.
As per the view of Bughin et al. (2019), online platforms are useful to mitigate the customer problem in this pandemic period for the business as well. The project has been implemented certain graphics and work presentations for easy transactions for the customer to get the best solution for their house cleaning.
Develop a website for this project so that the timer can easily access and get a quality-based solution for their household. Furthermore, the project also hired a skilled consultant to analyze and identify the gap in the website in the business to provide the best solution for the customer.
The project manager also hired the IT team and developer to support the security and safety measures in the website for getting the best quality. As cited by Cowgill et al. (2019), digitalization can be helpful for the customer to get easily purchase goods and services.
The project managers have decided to hire an IT team that can be forced on threats and privacy settings in the website so that the customer can easily access the website and get the best solution for their house cleaning. Therefore, for a complex project, the methods would be different.
In the pandemic, situation customers are more concerned about being clean and dust-free in their house. Therefore, this project is beneficial for the customer to clean their house with the help of an online platform. The project management adopted a strategy to hire the best developer and consultant so that they can support the website security and mitigate the threats.
Reflections
The risk analysis has been conducted in this report to show the risks that the project manager may face while doing the project. In this individual project, I have learned that the analysis of risks can be helpful for the business to see their risks and analyze them effectively so that they can be solved.
In this project, I have seen that legal and user privacy can be the major risks to conducting an online house cleaning facility. Therefore, I have learned that while doing a new project planning and designing should be focused at the first.
After that, I have learned to conduct a WBS for the project to analyze the work. As per the view of Fox et al. (2018), teamwork skills are essential for the project to get the best outcome. Therefore, I have learned to work as a team and contribute productively in the team, I have learned that how to conduct a Gantt chart for showing the timetable for planning and designing for the project .
The team was working hard for this project to complete within the deadline. The team was very productive while doing this project and everyone listened to our leadership effectively to work as a team. The project was completed within the deadline with the help of effective teamwork.
