Qualitative Data Analysis Report Assignment Sample
Introduction
The issue of the Covid 19 is one of the hardest parts for the employees. The covid 19 has associated with the employee’s negative effect. This dynamic was able to lead to make more huge decisions in well-benign for all the workers during the era of the pandemic. The outback of covid 19 has significantly simplified all the changes part of the employee’s routine along with the activities. This outback is also going to simplify the performance of the employees and delivery an effective working procedure. In the first procedure when the work from home was started most of the employees were satisfied but gradually various kinds of the problems have been raised so, that is why they are facing some issue regarding the work from home. At the time of the work from home all the employees are in their home only\y and from their home they are able to pursue their work. So, the company Lomond insurance is a company which is dependent on the car insurance but in the era of the lockdown having the guidance of the government they are not able to pursue their work that is why for their employees work from home was not suitable at all.
Research Philosophy
In the research philosophy, there are some kinds of the paradigm. For this particular project the realism research philosophy is connected (Machado et al. 2020). The reason to choose to interpretive is as it is already mentioned that interpretive is referred the situation of the human, and the entire part is able to relate with the condition of the human that is why for this quantative research interpretive is also considered for. During the lockdown most of the company has given the opportunity to their employees just to continue their work and try to save their employees form that infection. The entire thing is actually true that is why as the research philosophy the interpretivsm is chosen for.
Research Approach
In the stage of the research approach various kinds of methods are there. Among those methods for this particular project the quantitative research approach has been chosen (Raaper et al. 2020). The reason to choose the quantitative research approach during the period three covid 19, how many people want to continue their work form and which age group, refer to the fact that they belong from all the things that are going to be analyzed. With the help of the Spss analysis all the values will be evaluated. For this analysis part the qualitative ability is able to be attached with the various kid of reason which is used by the numbers and it is also able to give the numerical value. With the help of the value people will better understand how covid 19 is going to affect the employees working opportunity.
Research Method
The term research method has been divided into five types of research methods. The term research method will be able to help out to understand the particular project. Among those research methods for this project the chosen research method is quantitative research method. As it is mentioned that, to understand how covid 19 is going to affect the working procedure of employees, this part is evaluated with the help of the analytical part. In the part of the analysis while the company is putting their employees in the workforce home then in the company different types of age group people are there (Rodríguez-Almagro et al. 2021). So to keep those employees in mind, how they are dealing with their work from home is going to be analyzed. In the quantitative analysis for their project the descriptive part has been chosen. The reason being to choose a descriptive part because how the covid 19 is affected employees working procedure those parts is also going to be described wisely. Apart from that, how all the employees are satisfied with their work from home, what the ambiance is, how they manage their work life all the parts are going to be done wisely.
Research sample
The research sample is going to consider for this project what kind of data has been collected. The research sample is considered as the probability sampling, and the non probability sampling. In the area of probability sampling is allowed various kinds of statistical reference. On the other side, non probability sampling is attached with the various kinds of the criteria which is able to allow all the processes to collect part of the data (Shankar et al. 2021). For this particular project probability is chosen because all the required references the statistical part refers to the entire group. For this project the research sample is part where the entire required sample is collected to clarify all the issue.
Analysis
Figure 1: Descriptive Analysis
(Source: Spss)
The above image shows the descriptive analysis. The descriptive analysis is the analytical part of the data which helps to describe all the plans in the constructive way and fulfill the condition part of the data. The techniques of the decorative analysis are included with the various kinds of table and the variation of the standard deviation which is helping out to carry different kinds of the hypothesis. With the help of descriptive analysis the potential relationship will be easily understood (Yarrow et al. 2021). It is also going to be measurable by all the graphical methods. The descriptive statistic is oriented with the minimum, maximum, mean, and the standard deviation. Among those parts, the minimum value is the smallest value in the data set, and the maximum value is the huge value of the dataset. On the other side, standard deviation is able to measure the variance, and the minimum and the maximum variables.
The above images are shown the various kinds of the sampling methods which are oriented with the number of the sample, level of the confidence, and the type of interval.
The above image shows the independent T test. Independent T test is also called of two sample t tests. Here, an inferential statistical test is able to statistically differ with some kind of the unrelated groups. Independent t test is able to compare the various kinds of the variables with the several kinds of groups. In the group the statistical part is oriented with the bias, standard error, lower, and the upper part as well. In this testing part the id of the employee and the gender is taken.
The correlation is the statistical term which is able to describe the part between the coordinator with another one. With the help of these two variables the positive correlation is there who will be the opposite on the part of negative correlation. In the part of the correlation the employee id and age has been taken (Zamora-Antuñano et al. 2021). Here, in this project, employee id, and the age is taken to evaluate the correlation and their significance.
Research Limitation
In the research limitation it is going to be stated that, more than 89% employees are satisfied with their work from home arrangement. All those employees who have the opportunity to work from home are satisfied but for those employees who don’t have the opportunity doing work from home then they are not satisfied with the experiences of work from home (Zhu et al. 2021). The impact do covid is also affecting the insurance and the public sector is not going to be upgraded. So the entire work system was hampered. Due to the effect of the covid 19 many more people have lost their jobs and they are not able to feed themselves along with their family. In addition to that for those employees who have the opportunity to do their work from home that would be fine but for those people who don’t have the opportunity then the effect of the covid 19 is one of the most critical factor for them.
Conclusion
In the stage of the conclusion, it is going to be stated that, the result of the covid 19, has badly affected the working procedure of the employees. All the employees who have the opportunity to continue their work from home but on the other side all throw employees who don’t have the opportunity to continue their work from the home, they fall in the most critical part. In addition to that for those employees the issue of work form is one of the biggest crises during the pandemic. This entire project highlighted the impact of the covid 19 of the workers physical along with the mental health as well.
